Great travel eSIM at a fraction of the cost. Used Link eSIM when I was is the USA for a month in August, and now again in Australia. Really great service, easy to download, and good network coverage. Had a problem getting connected, however the 24/7 WhatsApp service is really quick and got the problem solved in 10 minutes. Thanks for such a great service, it’s made staying connected whilst travelling so much easier.

Cheap and working in general, but they seem to have very los priority in the mobile network or something like this. Sometimes the internet is really slow, especially in crowded areas its nearly zero speed where people with real simcards still have reasonable internet speed.

Cheap and easy to install, minorly annoying to have everything routed through HK but a VPN gets around any location locked websites just fine. Otherwise, good connectivity and speed, no other issues.

Low Speed, very bad ping (internet outlet in Poland), not usable for video calls.
Bad customer service, no help with mistakenly wrong product.

Despite being in Europe with an Europe tarif plan the internet is routed through Hong Kong this cuts acces to many local services and comes with a big delay in connectivity like 400ms. Total disappointment why route everything to another part of the globe ?

Never received QR through email after purchase of esim,even after 12 hour passed. As it is,i don't recommend this provider at all.And yes,after purchase from certain phone,i have no access to site . I'm suspicious that they restricted my access from ip address. Contacted them through whats app number ,no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!!!

The support team were quick to respond via Whatsapp when I realised my partner's Japan eSIM was configured incorrectly and it worked perfectly from that point on. Great value.

Bought Turkey esim and had some issues with connection. Contacted support via whatsapp and immediately solved it, trusted and cheap. Recommendation

Very disappointing experience. Despite being in France, I couldn’t access essential AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini – they simply wouldn’t load. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. During my vacation, not having access to these services was incredibly frustrating. This might work for basic browsing like Instagram or Maps, but if you rely on more advanced tools, this eSIM is not reliable. One of the worst I’ve used – definitely not recommended for travelers who need stable and unrestricted internet access.

Received my eSIM within minutes and everything worked perfectly. I was initially worried about the site since the prices were so much better than everyone else but it turned out fine. I did have some trouble with credit card payment but it eventually went through and they customer service line even refunded an accidental order.

Used two e-sims in South Korea. The company is legit, the price is good (way better than Airalo), installation is simple.

I bought an esim for a trip in Mexico. The SIM stopped working after two days. I contacted their support service, who replied with basic instructions on how to install it, nothing about troubleshooting my problem. After a couple more of attempts to contact them, I stopped, since I noticed they couldn't care less about my issue.

Bought the USA 30gb data for 30 days plan. It was advertised as 5g speed, but so far the connection and signal has been awful in most of the states. Haven't had 5g yet and sometimes there isn't even any signal, even in the big cities.

Sim does not work for data in Korea. They also claim 24/7 support but they haven’t been online for the last 6 hours. Avoid company, I was left without any internet access when I landed and had to scramble poor free wifi to buy a different eSIM.

They still have not refunded me going to have to file a charge back. Avoid at all costs

Recently used linkesim for a trip to Japan and there was a quirk with a hotspot but they were very efficient to figure it out. I messaged the team through whatsapp and they promptly resolved the issue. I would not hesitate using this company again for travels. 10/10
