This is my second purchase with Lightopia. Customer support did great with prompt accurate reply and constructive suggestions. But ultimately, I've asked for an invoice and never got it till know.

The controller was not the right model…
The controller was not the right model to operate my overhead fan. I don't think there was an adequate description of the product that would have allowed proper selection of the correct controller.

I found a winner ceiling lamp!
I found just the right lamp, the description was accurate and now there is a function on the website to ask questions about the product (not a chat) which was helpful too. It was easy to complete the purchase online and I appreciated customer service contacting me to correct my address that I entered incompletely.
