Chinmaya was amazing. I have had ongoing trouble making outgoing calls for 4 weeks. Customer service has phoned me nearly daily and transferred me to different departments but couldn't fix the problem... See more

This is an urgent legal escalation to Lebara's compliance, legal, and executive teams. I am being subjected to illegal extortion and deliberate disconnection by your staff while caring for my unwell parents.
On 12/06/26, I received written confirmation from Lebara that my 50GB plan was activated at no cost for six months to resolve a long-standing complaint. However, my service was cut off yet again. When I called on 12/07/26 at 10:54 AM, agent Davin confirmed he could see the 6-month credit, and restored my line, but claimed I would have to manually call every single month because it would not auto-renew—directly contradicting months of prior agreements.
Incredibly, at 14:34 PM on 12/07/26, I received a call from Akshay—the same representative who previously threatened to cancel my account unless I deleted my factual Trustpilot reviews. Instead of your escalations team handling this serious complaint, you handed it back to the perpetrator. Akshay told me my account would be cancelled at the end of the month and hung up on me.
Furthermore, my previous factual reviews detailing this nightmare have been deleted. I did not remove them. This is active, malicious review suppression to hide customer abuse.
LEGAL AND REGULATORY BREACHES:
1. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024: Forcing/threatening a consumer to remove a factual review under threat of losing an agreed resolution is an explicit breach of UK law.
2. Ofcom General Conditions: Continually disconnecting a vulnerable carer who has repeatedly declared their need for a phone to contact sick parents is a severe breach of your duty of care.
I demand that Lebara's senior management immediately intervene, restore my 6-month contract permanently with auto-renewal, and contact me with a formal offer of compensation for the severe emotional distress and danger this has caused my family. This entire transcript has been added to my active file with the Communications Ombudsman and Ofcom.
Easy to deal with Ajinkya .. dealt with my problem immediately 😊
Its a Great service by lebara Customer Service team. I talk with one of the agent named Neha S . She is wonderful and i got the exact help that i am willing for. Thanks a lot
When it works, Lebara is great, but when there is a problem their customer service and technical support are dreadful.
I switched from Vodafone for the savings about two years ago, and most of the time in the UK Lebara has been fine, and definitely good value.
Despite adding overseas roaming and multiple calls and online chats with agents I have never been able to use it overseas. That has included travel to the States, Mexico, several central American countries and Tunisia. Lots of different excuses, but zero service. In the end I gave up on them and used Airolo esims when travelling.
The latest Lebara nightmare came when I lost all network connectivity. On the first occasion, an adviser eventually talked me through some trouble shooting and allegedly manually sent a signal which kicked everything into line when I restarted the phone. Had the same issue the following day and spoke to three different agents, with the problem going from bad to worse. In the end I could not even access data via wifi and if someone tried to call my phone they got a message wrongly saying it was turned off.
An automated email from Lebara said my sim had been disabled, but agents repeated said it had not. On three different calls I was promised a call back from second-line support, and heard nothing.
I have now switched back to Vodafone, which may cost more, but can at least been relied upon
Excellent service from Neha S. Resolved my problem quickly and effectively. Thank you!
Pratham was so professional, kind and understanding. He is an excellent example of a Customer Service Advisor.

I have been with Labara over 2 years now. They tell me when payment will be taken and that contract is renewed every month. I have never had to contact them. Payment, service etc - nothing has ever gone wrong.
