Jeremy has been an excellent customer care provider throughout the process despite some unforeseen circumstances he had to face. Lavamac has got environmental friendly business model promoting recycled laundry machines bringing at its best while offering cost effective approach to customer. At Fountsin Lodge care home, we don't have any issues with his supplies.

I was speechless with the level of professionalism displayed by Mr Jeremy. His attention to details and unwavering support so far in resolving the issue of Eprom associated with new PCB purchased, which is not even procured directly from them but took it upon themselves to resolve the issue because it is their product is highly commendable. Cant wait to get the issue resolved totally.
