A shop to avoid
TLDR: Do not buy on this site. Misleading advertising, horrendous response time from support and when requesting a refund you'll get ignored.
I purchased a Micrsoft 365 Family License. Instead of a License key they deliverd me a mail address and a password. At that time it was obvious they don't sell an activation code as advertised. Instead you'll get an account with a Microsoft 365 Family License. Nowhere on the Website did they mention it's going to be an account. After contacting the support twice, i finally got a response. First some cheap excuses and a few mails later they offered a refund. 8 days later the request is still not processed.
As my last resort i contacted the Payment Service Provider in hope for a positive conclusion of this mess.

I purchased a Microsoft Office license…
I purchased a Microsoft Office license key and the product itself is genuine and works perfectly.
Due to an email delivery issue, I did not receive the activation key immediately. However, after contacting customer support, the staff responded promptly and resent the key.
Once I received it, activation was quick and the update was installed without any problems.
Overall, good service and helpful support. Thank you!
