Scam! Worst product ever
Don't buy it

Been using the products on a new car for just over a year now. Took me a few times to get the mixtures right (for me), but they're always there for advice. Had a faulty bottle, sent a video and a new bottle arrived within a couple of days. Speedy deliveries too.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOT- MEDIOCRE PRODUCTS, AWFUL HARDWARE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So i spent £110 thinking im going to have a nice clean car in a week's time, this stuff looks good and marketing is on point im looking forward to cleaning the car.... how wrong was I?

Order took alot longer to be dispatched than I thought was reasonable, dpd delivered which was the only part which was spot on. 10/10 dpd! Hydro who was packing my order? Stevie wonder? Stuff missing so i contacted hydro right away i got an email back a few hours later asking for pictures so I sent pictures after that complete silence, sent another email since and still nothing.

The products and hardware are awful cheap rubbish, the spray bottles are cheap plastic rubbish and barely do quater of a car and require constant pumping to repressurise had to use my own jetwashes foam tank to get any foam out of the 'snow foam' dont buy this rubbish its just good marketing thats all.

Dear hydro, im glad I paid through my credit card because since your complete ignorance to acknowledge a customer complaint/ raising a missing item ive contacted my card supplier and raised a chargeback because I certainly will not be scammed by anyone! Don't fight the chargeback, ill simply take you to small claims all you need to do is send me a box and ill send you the rubbish back i dont even want it any more!

Ordered the pre and foam pack with bottles and this was delivered very quickly, and goo quality my daughters car was covered front to back with seagull crap baked on with sun covered with pre and then snow the result was astonishing beautiful shine and looked great would recommend these products great results.

Highly recommend this company products are fantastic but the service for them guys are worth more than 5 stars great rapid response from them Harry Adam and Jordan I have dealt with everyone of them and all very helpful and very quick to reply to my emails this is the way great company’s should respond to the customers well done guys definitely a five stars rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dreadful products and even worse customer service - they’re “14 day money back if not happy” is a lie - apparently can’t return if used - how can you tell if it’s any good without trying it?

False advertising - will be reporting to trading standards and my credit card for a refund - avoid at all costs much better products and much cheaper than this - don’t fall the lies in the advertising

Pre wash and snow foam are great

I did have an issue with one bottle, the air release valve came out right from the box. After a couple of emails and a video showing the issue, I received a new bottle a couple of days after. Great service from both Harry and especially Adam who sorted a replacement

Great products, quick delivery. Had an issue with a mystery box not being delivered but was sorted out straight away. Quick response from both Harry and Adam in customer care. Would highly recommend using this company for any vehicle cleaning products.

I had a problem with the V2 bottle, was talked through the possible causes, problem solved.

Adam help resolve a small issue with my recent order which was missing an item. The issue was resolved with minimal fuss and a replacement item sent the same day.
On top of a fantastic product the back up and communication is 100%

First order of Hydro products have arrived,really looking forward to using them. Customer service is absolutely amazing, I ordered a bundle buy and added the free mystery box on a promotion, i myself made a booboo and scratched a scratch card that appeared on the screen, I didn't realise that it had changed the promotion. However Adam on Hydros Customer service was brilliant!! Would highly recommend this company!

Ordered the bundle costing £89. I work from home. No knock. No doorbell ring. DPD apps said it has been delivered and image not available. It wasn't outside. Asked neighbours. Nothing! Can not be found. Sent email to explain. Following day, received reply telling me to ask neighbours. Then image appears... Not my doorstep, not my carpet and I don't have coats hanging up in the porch! Now nothing!? Harry... I want the products I paid for or my money back!

An honest and average car cleaning guys review.

Disgruntled because I thought I’d give a smaller company a go instead of the usual autoglym or maguires. Now, I ordered this because I’m a sucker for a mystery box and they ran a promotion of spend £50 or more and get the mystery box of £45+. I spent £100 on the starter kit in total, it arrived with no detailing brushes, no wash mits and no mystery box. I emailed over the next two days trying to sort this. When I got a reply I was told no wash mits are in stock and they would send out some at a later date and they would sort the brushes and mystery box.

The mystery box was a waste of time and false advertised, it was worth £40 with what was sent and feel I’ve been fobbed off. Not very happy.

Anyway, I tried the cleaning bits. All the products are very good and well described on how to use them, easy to follow. Very good beading. Microfibre cloths very cheap poor quality. Brushes are good and so is the spray bottle.

First delivery was a sample of products to see if they live up to the ad. Honestly I am really impressed. So a second order was placed and still no issues. The car came up beautifully. Will definitely be using this brand going forward. Customer service was great and quickly sorted out a missing item, hassle free.

First of all, grabbed and amazing bundle from these guys, top quality stuff and I only use theirs now, big 5L bundle to stock up and some mystery bits which were included for free and are actually useful and great. Delivered by DPD and the man threw the package over the gate and smashed one of the 5L bottles of prewash, emailed hydro straight away and was assisted by Adam who solved it and sent me a fresh bottle of prewash that hopefully doesn’t get launched over the gate again, big thanks to him and the rest of the hydro team for the service and great products.

I had an issue with delivery and emailed through with my query. Adam and Harry were helpful throughout the process and resent out my delivery when it was damaged in transit.

Excellent products, but of confusion around the mystery box but Once the issue was raised Adam dealt with the situation quickly and mystery box received with a very generous package. No hesitation in recommending Hydro😁

This company does not seem to care about customer service, a wheel brush that has scratched my alloys. Their response was to send me a new brush! Wow
