Good RX use to never charge a monthly fee of 14.99 per month before. And when you use the 7 days trial. And try to cancel it takes all days to get through to cancel. You may have to call your bank to change your card numbers to block Good RX. They deserve zero Stars. You use to be able to get the discount all at the same retail but, now you get the run arounds having to travel to different places to get the discounts wasting 4 to 5 trips and wasting your gasoline.
Goodrx is supposed to be best but you gotta go thru hoops to not even get antibiotics lol antibiotics?! Not any fun drugs but drugs that help infection
After reading reviews I thought GoodRX Care would be the best option for fighting a UTI while on vacation. I was hoping to save myself an urgent care visit and get a RX to a simple diagnosis but NO that was not the case. Charged $39 to tell me I should go to an urgent care! Absolutely useless
Run for your life do not use this company! I have been waiting for 2 for somebody to send my prescription over to my local pharmacy. Do not believe the reviews on trustpilot. I've made seven phone calls they get the prescription amount wrong and this has been the worst experience in my life. Nobody knows what's going on and they'll ignore you and chat on

This was a complete hose job. I signed up for the companion rx and my meds were $20 more for 2 prescriptions. Would not in any way recommend these people. The information about what drugs were free was not easy to disseminate. I hate to pay more for the privilege of paying more.

I love being able to get a discount code for local pharmacies. That has always worked well. I needed a prescription and used their service for that, and a nurse practitioner was eventually able to get me a prescription. It was not a smooth process (I think it could be under optimal circumstances) but in the end they did get me a 90-day refill which was immensely helpful. I appreciated not having to spend the time / money to see a doctor or urgent care clinic. I signed up for their Gold membership and was able to cancel that without problem. I would use them again.

It was fine for a while, what you'd expect from a telehealth provider. Where it went wrong was when I switched to a new birth control, got prescribed, and then my pharmacy (CVS) told me they reached out to my provider 3 times to get information or something, and she never responded. So I went to the GoodRX chat (where it literally says something like, "If you need any help, just message!") and I asked if they could tell my provider if o respond to my pharmacy. I got 1 response asking me what the CVS was asking for, but when I went to respond again, it told me I didn't have an active appointment anymore and needed to make a new appointment. I'm sorry, you want me to pay for a new appointment just to ask them to respond to my pharmacy? Absolutely not. So I sent an email to GoodRX support. The automatic reply said I'd get a response in 24-48 hours... it's been over a week. I gave up. I'll just find somewhere else then.
Also, getting to the care portal page that actually shows the message/chat/inbox is impossible to find unless you get a link in a notification from receiving a message.

*** YOU CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS NOT EVEN DUE TO RENEW UNTIL JULY 11, AND YOU CANCELLED ON JUNE 21. YOU RIPPED ME OFF. AND TO SAY THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU INTENDED IS NOT HELPFUL OR TRUE. SHAME ON YOU! ******I am a long- time GoodRX Gold member- I have a lot of prescriptions and no insurance, so it has been a lifesaver for me. On June 11, I received an email stating that my membership was going to renew on July 11, 2026. On June 21, 2026 I received an email stating that my account was closed for non-payment. They said if I wanted to renew, I had to completely sign up again. I went to the GoodRX website and inspite of numerous attempts, was unable to sign up for GoodRX Gold. I phoned and spoke with customer service, and was given instructions that did not work. I phoned numerous times and never had the courtesy of a call back. After weeks of calls and emails, one customer service rep told me that GoodRX Gold was cancelled and that I could sign up for GoodRX Companion. A more expensive plan with features I do not want or need. I think this is a lousy way to treat people that depended on the service for help with high RX costs. But hey, it's a free country. I will find another way to get my meds and will never recommend GoodRX again.

GoodRx gets one star instead of zero because it can save you money if you only use the coupon. As for the telehealth and the prescriptions, rely on yourself to check in with the providers for updates and follow ups. Rely on yourself to try to get the prescriptions filled and then to try to get the correct ones when they do actually fill them. My experience is like trying to ask my dogs and cats to tidy the house while I am at work and to do it without arguing. Or my kids.
I am about a month and a half late with my prescription refill and have been told it has been filled, has been sent, can’t be sent, should be sent, and then the same all over again. Then that it will be sent to the local pharmacy. The pharmacist cannot fill it either since they get no response. GoodRx online then emails me that I don’t respond so it is my responsibility for the delays. The so-called telehealth is an automated response online. The prescription they supposedly sent after I called twice yesterday to follow up on what was supposed to have been taken care of on Monday, then each day since this week, was the incorrect dose and auto-charged and supposedly being sent and they can do nothing about it. What?! Since when? This isn’t care. It runs like a get rich scam with the organization of a feral raccoon that raided a pixie stick factory.
Dates actually run over the last 30 days but I will put the date of my most recent communication with them.
Customer service exists to answer phones and not keep promises. Email responses from “escalation” blame customers/patients. Customers are responsible to do the work and hope for the best. Providers appear to be AI generated messages. There seems to be no other conclusions. Go elsewhere. It is not worth it.

I attempted to sign in many times. When changing screen to get the code numbers, then going back to enter number, the screen reset. This happened over and over. Finally went home to pc. Signed into site, only to find the medication was more than $500.00 with a coupon. $200.00 on medicare. Other meds were way more expensive with Good Rx.What a waste of time. What a lie Good RX is selling. What help is there for the retired on Medicare.

They deliver medications to arizona and provide absolutely nothing to protect the medication from being ruined in the heat.
Such a disappointment. I cannot get this medication anywhere else and I cannot trust goodrx to use due diligence.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't get prices for my medications without the Companion subscription. That subscription is entirely too expensive on a monthly basis for those of us who don't have an insurance plan and everything is out of pocket. I've used this app for years and I hate that! Even my pharmacy is having trouble.

If I could give 0 stars I would I paid my money to only get a response 4 hours later to go get evaluated in person when I was under the impression they would be able to help me in any he questions I feel like it’s a scam to get people money

BE ULTRA CAREFUL WITH THOSE COMPANY AND CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE OK IF YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
I placed an order for wegovy on July 3rd and they approved the lowest dosage. I immediately contacted them on their chat and asked them to cancel the subscription and the order. They did not do it and I couldn’t call them over the 4th of July weekend. I called on Monday morning (the 6th) morning and told them to cancel and refund the money. They said , since I placed the order, they cannot cancel it or refund the ones. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Be careful!

I signed up for a telehealth visit for a lingering chest cold, requesting antibiotics. Was told I cant see a Dr through GoodRx, that I must be seen in person. WHY is my condition listed if I can't use this service for it?!
I wasted a lot of time joining a membership, then was charged full price anyway, waited for a robot to tell me go to a clinic for $50?! Smells like a huge scam.
