Really great service and storage
Really great service and storage. The people are so nice and helpful, beyond what I hoped for. They were able to help move things into the storage. The actual storage is very clean, sturdy, has dehumidifiers and our contents appears absolutley fine despite all the crazy weather (heat, rain, wind). Would definitely recommend.

An excellent facility I didn’t know I needed
Giant Storage is a large container store 5 minutes from where we live. The people in the office were really helpful as I had no idea what size container I needed. The open air store has 24hr cctv and is part of a small industrial site on farmland and people are always around. I was sent a very useful video showing how to open the container, not as easy as you might imagine. I recommend you watch it first. You can drive right up to your container and start unloading. This taken a lot of stress out of moving house.

Giant Storage Salisbury review
So far, so very good. Giant Storage have been extremely helpful and responsive in moving our belongings into storage. It was challenging as road access / parking was difficult but they didn't cause a fuss. It went exactly to plan and Gavin, the removals manager even extracted an electrical item for me that I had inadvertently stored. Annie and Mel have been v helpful in terms of organisation and admin support.

Straightforward and Simple
The storage yard is clean, tidy and easy to access. The containers are clean, easy to navigate and accessible. Setting up and managing monthly payments was easy and each month receive confirmation of payment. Very straightforward to deal with.

This storage facility is excellent
This storage facility is excellent. It is secure with full CCTV protection and a high, anti climb fence surrounds it. I can drive my van right up to the front of my unit at any time, day or night. Perfect, as far as I'm concerned.
