Their ads LIE. They advertise being able to cash out any amount, any time, period. Instead you have to reach $25 to cash out the first time, and if you don't make any in-app purchases, that will take time.

I reached $25 out of pure spite and cashed out, but I won a $5.00 bonus that required me to reach $25.00- AGAIN. Add to that asking me to verify my identity multiple times after accepting it the first time and I'm done here. They're no better than the deceptive apps they claim to be better than.

So after a decent sized stretch of time away from Freecash I decided to have an enjoyable membership I used to in the very beginning. I left cuz i was tired of the treatment from support. They truly seem they love to belittle and degrade me and I assume others as well. Idk how much money I earned but had to forfeit cuz support in a nutshell refused to help me anymore and left me with this oh so popular line, "I understand how this can be frustrating cuz you saw your reward happening differently but hopefully your next experience is better, thank you for understanding if theres anything else were here to help you always." Its all bullshit to be honest. It happened once again. July 11, 2026 i was notified by free cash on their app.That I completed a bonus, and I would be rewarded twenty dollars. This wasn't a bonus or a task that I set out to accomplish.I didn't even know I did it until they contacted me. So, up until now I have been given five different time. And dates on when it'll be available to me. And all of these support members agreed on one thing. I did accomplish what needed to be done to get this twenty dollar bonus. Each date came and left and I still have not seen a penny of that bonus. And the last experience with a support member, he proceeded to tell me that I already used this bonus. And when I told him, I haven't, he said, okay, well, I see you have twenty dollars.That'll be released on the twenty fourth of july.There you go.Have a good day. This was impossible because I accomplished this bonus on july eleventh, and there's just no possible way that it would be released on the twenty fourth and that be regular protocol. I provided multiple support members with screenshots of conversations where this bonus was agreed upon by other support members.So there's no denying that. Also a screenshot of the night of july eleventh, where I received the notification of completing this bonus. And still having supplied all this with obvious proof he still proceeded to disagree with me. And basically took my interests. And passed them on to the next guy or girl. He tried to hit me with the famous last line of I understood.You're frustrated and blah blah blah.Thanks for understanding, but I wouldn't take that.I never will especially when I have an argument that needs to be heard.I'm not here, wasting anybody's time or trying to make stuff up to get twenty dollars. It's just very disappointing and embarrassing that I have to go through this literally. Every time I decide to use this app and i'm genuinely curious if they are doing this to multiple other users cause I really feel like it just can't be me. How much money are they really taking from people? And where is this money going?Or whose pockets is it entering. Because this isn't the first time this has happened to me.And every other time there has been no resolution, I have had to just deal with it, which is why I quit using free cash the last time. And at the end of the day, I use other apps and compared to free cash Yeah, free cash has great games. They're pay scale is higher.
But they seem to be the only ones that when you try to withdraw 5, you're only getting 350. When you try to withdraw 10, you're only getting 850. You never get what you truly earn with these people. Let's just hope you don't get a higher sum like twenty dollars stolen.As well. I'm not going out of my way to try to get amounts of money. I just want to be treated fair and given what I have been offered or what I have earned. That's it. I don't want special treatment. I never have and I never will. But I don't like to be taken advantage of and I don't like to be talked to like a lower than them. So if you have three plus associates telling me that I earned a bonus of twenty dollars and I was supposed to get it that night on the eleventh on the sixteenth on the nineteenth, why haven't I received anything?? And why am I still being told that? I'm wrong that nobody can find the paper trail of this $20 that they say was in my account and is gone. Now they are so big on screenshot. Proof but they will never provide screenshot proof to you. To prove that what they are saying is true, they're hypocrites, when it comes to that, and all I can think is, what are you hiding? It's your support member's that put dots like this into customers' heads. If they did everything like they're probably supposed to, everything would flow easily. And freely, but all it takes is one bad apple to rotten. The whole bunch anyway, it'd be nice to get my bonus. And if not, I would again like the proof showing when it got distributed to my account and where it went.And when it went, cause, you're not gonna be able to do that.Because it never did thanks. BTW ive been trying since mid day to speak to someone since it is the 19th the last day I was told id be paid and Nobody has even entertained answering my message!! Such class.

Game seems to be okay although it's taking a little time for me to reach my $25 cash out goal I think the earnings sound be a little more so you can reach your cash out goals in a proper time manner
