Hello EDC17CP14

Hello. How can I contact customer support? I'm having trouble reading the EDC17CP14 BOSH (HYUNDAI IX35) module. There's no driver for working in Bench mode. I want to understand, don't I have the full version of FoxFlash? I purchased the device as the Master version. How do I get this driver? The ECU ID is Hyundai ix35 2.0 CRDi 184hp

The best customer service!

The best customer service!
Didnt know how to access second foxflash app in anothet laptop.

Customer service took via teamviewer access to my laptop and managed to do all things to happiest closure of a case.

Ill say for holding this device 2-3 years. Never betrayied me. Sometimes you just need to reboot the programme for updates.

Ill give 11/10 because there is no more stars than five ❤️

Good morning

Good morning, I purchased instrument new FOX FLASH from them in September without ever having registered it. I sold it to a customer of mine who was unable to use it.Because the registration wasn't working, they connected with TEAM VIEWER, and everything was resolved within half an hour. Excellent work!

Application not recognising drivers

Considering the time zone difference, was difficult to get a hold of them due to different working hours, but they went above and beyond kept me updated with what’s going on they were trustworthy and resolved whatever issue I was having, it was to do with the drivers not being recognised, in the end was very happy with them they were very patient and helpful with me thank you

I have not received my purchase, no response to my questions.

I bought XRemover from them on Friday morning. They were only supposed to send me a license key via email. It's been 24 hours and nothing. They're not responding to any messages. Absolutely no contact.

Absolutely love the services they provide

Absolutely love the services they provide, also their support is impeccable. Simply magnificent

Simply magnificent. On my first purchase I was afraid because I didn't know the site and wasn't sure if it was trustworthy. I spoke with support, which is Bella. I purchased Xirdecoder off them on…

I purchased Xirdecoder off them on Thursday, had a message back Friday morning with a link for software and asked for the id number which I sent. Expecting the software to be activated in a timely manner, which it was not. I'm still waiting Saturday now and been told by xir that the reseller foxflash is closed on weekends. Absolute disgusting Chinese company who have zero customer support. Very unhappy customer.

Warranty problems

I bought the FOXFLASH set from them a few months ago. Delivery was fast from a UK warehouse. Now my BENCHBOX from the set is broken. They wrote back that the best solution for me was to buy a new BENCHBOX. They didn't even offer any price reduction. Another solution is to send BENCHBOX for repair, but as they wrote, it may take a long time. I had to ask several times for the address to return the BENCHBOX. I finally got an address to China. I'll send it back. However, I can't wait long, so I will buy a new BENCHBOX but elsewhere. Because the conditions cannot be any worse and the prices are the same everywhere.
