Offshoring and AI

If you are American and you work for a living, as opposed to doing corporate double-speak and lying to employees, give this a wide berth.

If you end up here for some reason, your job is going to the Philippines or India, or to AI. Start writing your resume immediately, nobody in the company will help you do anything, and everyone will tell you something different to keep you from being able to talk to anybody in charge about your situation.

Genuinely uninterested in employees who are not cheap foreign labor.

If theres a score of ZERO , I will give them a BIG ZERO!

I worked here as a customer service representative in a Telco Account which is Verizon and all I can say is this is the worst company I worked with in my entire journey in BPO.

Emagine they will pull you out in the middle pf your first half shift just because they decided to terminate 20 employees within that day without letting you know in advance nor explaining you after they pull you out and remove all your access.

How dare them take the my commission when it's my effort to make a sale , pitch the product just because I am no longer active in the company!!!

Their salary was not worth it for the stress they are giving to you! The salary was not worth it to receive hurtful words from their customers just because the company itself is 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤯😵

PURYAGABAAAAA! Plus the managers 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ BIG NONONONO

If you wish to work in BPO , make sure not to waste your time and effort working in FOUNDEVER!

Please lang if you don't want to have a bad experience , don't work here in FOUNDEVER!

A very toxic place to work and to provide services.

I worked for the Raisin line. Don’t work here. They play with your salary and bonuses, and on top of that they don’t care about doing the job well—what matters to them is that you hit the numbers, which is very unprofessional. If you complain about the processes they themselves impose—processes that negatively affect your productivity—the first thing they tell you is that if you don’t like it, you can leave. They demand a certain level of productivity without providing the necessary tools, with mediocre team managers or skill managers who often don’t even have answers about the processes, and then they blame you for not having them. They don’t take service quality into account. I don’t understand how companies request services from this company when their service quality toward clients is terrible, because as an organization they are a mess.

Don't work here.
I worked for foundever, for their Telenor Customer. They are a scam, wont pay you, try to take advantage of you.
If you use your rights, or talk to "facket" hey will kick you and refuse to pay out that salary. Shit Bosses, uses everyone and everything. For your Own mental health, don't ever work here.

Simply just don’t

Simply just don’t the place is a terrible to work
Worked in the virgin media campaign and it was beyond mind blowing how there was so may rules which just confused and contradicted each other in every possible manner literally cannot do right for doing wrong targets are just crazy expect you to be a robot which just annoys customers as they have had the same conversation twice if your lucky or three times more than likely and if you try and feed this back your basicly told straight just to do as your told and continue too annoy customers then get a hard time for stats mines were always ok but constantly seen this same thing happen with other staff members

There is good mangers there how ever there hands are tied with the demand of the. Business it’s self and the expectations and there forced to be not very nice but you can tell they understand and don’t like it

If you call in sick here you will feel like your speaking with a doctor receptionist they will decide if you are sick enough to work or not and tell you straight to come

If you ever have a dealing with them just leave they be friend younger staff members and share all your personal problems with them and use there knowledge on employment rights and the company’s procedures in order to please who they are friends with for what ever or who ever they have decided to complain about

BAD RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT

I'm from the Philippines. I was invited to take the online assessment yesterday which I passed. Today, I was scheduled for an interview. I was able to enter in the zoom link sent via email but this is where all of the tragedy will begin.

You'll need to enter multiple break-out rooms. When I finally reached the room for initial interview, we've been there for over an hour! We even had the chance to chit-chat with each other talking about how poor the recruitment management they have. Some says they've been there for 3-5 hours with no facilitator in the room! Some also says they've been there back & forth for days!

This is the worst experience I had in my job application. This company is legit, it's just they really have a poor management on their applicants! Avoid this at all cost!

Incompetent recruiters

Incompetent recruiters, very bad experience with Amel. They offer you another role than the one you applied for, don't reply to emails anymore, then when you let them know that you're no longer interested and got another opportunity, they send you an automatic rejection email lol

They constantly just lie

They constantly just lie, never pay your wages and are incredible incompetent.
That is my experience with foundever Portugal.
I thought Teleperformance is bad but oh no, by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.
I'm actually surprised that companies like PlayStation work with such a sweatshop operator

Avoid at all costs

I worked as a John Lewis technical support representative through Foundever, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

During my time there, I faced constant system issues completely out of my control. I often had to log in over 45 minutes before my shift just to ensure I could actually start on time. If I couldn’t, it became a battle over whether I’d even be paid for that time.

While my overall performance was never an issue for management, one manager marked me down simply because I wasn’t very chatty in the work chat. This was despite the fact that I was focused on my job, especially during peak periods when I didn’t have time to gossip.

My role was swapped around multiple times without any consultation. At one point, I was told I’d been “promoted” to Customer Support Manager. I had no choice in the matter, my workload increased, and I was still paid minimum wage.

Eventually, I was made redundant because John Lewis and Foundever chose to outsource the work to Morocco, where the minimum wage is around £1.40 per hour, rather than pay the UK minimum wage.

The final straw was my last paycheck. I wasn’t paid for all the hours I had worked, and when I raised it with HR, they claimed I was on a salary. This meant I had effectively been working below minimum wage.

In my experience, this company has no respect for its staff, will exploit workers wherever possible, and will cut corners at the expense of fairness and basic decency.

Absolutely horrendous company

I got an offer "on the spot" after doing a phone screening. My start date was set for Jan 6th. Let me start by saying it was very difficult to get in touch with 2 recruiters after signing the offer letter. They would not answer emails or phone calls on almost every occasion. After submitting all my paperwork, doing a background check and drug screening, I waited for more info. It was the Friday before my Monday start date. I emailed everyone I could asking when would I receive info on my first day. I finally got an email from one of the recruiters Friday afternoon, stating that my start date had been delayed till Jan 27th. They made me submit new hire paperwork again, and then less than a week before the 27th, they said my start date had been delayed until Feb 24th. I then found out that, according to the recruiters, start dates are not guaranteed to anyone, but the spots in the training classes will go to the people who submitted their paperwork the fastest. Well, on every occasion I submitted my documents promptly. I said I was no longer interested. From the little research I've done, this is actually grounds for a lawsuit. These kind of big companies know they can screw with you because the time and money spent trying to sue them is not actually worth it on your end.

One of the worst places I’ve worked at…

One of the worst places I’ve worked at by far from the agents to the ops managers there’s a grudge against people who have an opinion for example you have agents who are sleeping with mangers and it’s well know to everything expect the managers wife’s and children and then you have the managers them selves making comments about girls half there age to there face about the breasts etc and nothing has been done about it you also have managers who come to work and go to sleep for half the shift when there to BE A MANAGER you also have these same managers who are allowed to work at home certain days who are drunk on shift and couldn’t run a team to save themselves and leave it to the team members who have been there the longest to do there job for them and god forbid you raise a complaint to the ops managers about the behaviour of there managers because the managers will find out and message you abuse about how the will attack you the next time they see you from top to bottom foundever is shambles of a company and I believe the contracts they have with virgin , nhs and OVO should just pull out before it’s too late cause the management you have and the people you employ really shouldn’t have a job to begin with and finally you have the payslips with people getting deducted money from payslips wrongly and getting informed they would get it back the next month but would result in them paying more tax than they should be paying genuinely one of the worst run businesses ever.

The final thing is they employ anyone no back ground checks nothing they have knowingly multiple convicted sex offenders in there employ which for one I think is shocking as they expect you to be all nicey nicey with something who was convicted for offences against children and the things that make it worse I’ve heard and been informed these same sex offenders openly point out in conversation with customers that if they have children honestly the company is a place full sick twisted human beings who either touch kids , cheat on there long term partners or drug addicts and openly pop pills at there so the can get ‘dunt’ or ‘high’ place deserves to be closed

SCUM OF THE EARTH ORGANISATION THAT DO YOU NOT PAY THEIR STAFF CORRECTLY OR SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL. PAYSLIPS SENT WITH AMOUNTS OF SALARY WHICH DIFFER TO WHAT GOES IN THE BANK. AFTER LEAVING STILL TO RECIEVE MY FINAL SALARY AND DESPITE REACHING OUT TO PAYROLL VIA EMAIL (AS THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER) I'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY IGNORED. ONLY RESPONSES I GET ARE THROUGH HR WHO ADVISED I OWE FOUNDEVER MONEY WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND THAT THEY WILL GET PAYROLL TO CONTACT ME WHICH TO THIS DATE HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED. HOW ON EARTH FOUNDEVER THINK THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT STAFF IS BEYOND ME.

Foundever Greece-one big scammer place
1) They don't pay correct salaries. One month you can get salary which is 80 euros less than you are supposed to recive, other month it can be 10 euros less but of course never more. I spoke to HR and managers so many times but only promises and nothing more.
2) They promised so many things but literally nothing was done.
3) You can not even get a coffee there. There don't care about employees at all.

REALLY BAD COMPANY. I REALLY REGRET APPLYING FOR A JOB AT FOUNDEVER GREECE.

Foundever

Foundever, what can I say . If you like yourself, avoid this place.
I have never seen and experienced something as horrible as what is going on here really.

Sitel went bankrupt and Foundever came up. It seemed like a nice company at first. Different from the ones operating here in Greece. However, now everything has changed and I think this company will go under again.

They promise you all sorts of things at the beginning, just to lure you in. Of course they do that.

It was good to start with, after a while it went downhill sharply.

I guess it started with the incompetence of the management, but of course they make excuses that is fault of the client. I'd rather not even comment on client, that would be an essay.

When some of us saw through the incompetence of management, the problems started. Because myself personally, I'm not the type to be intimidated.

The problems started with the non-payment of the promised bonus. That was then paid out - but black money to keep our mouths shut. To this day I have no invoice for this money. It'll be interesting when the tax return will abut to happen.

And now just the points:
Payroll errors
Incorrect amounts
No bonuses
Lies
Intimidation
Bullying
Sexual harassment
Criminals as employees
False accusations

More smart you are then faster they are gonna get rid of you.

HR should help you but they are just laughing at your face.
The entire HR and Payroll department has only a basic education. And it really shows.

If you don't like people and you like mistreatment, humiliation, you have no spine then you are exactly what Foundever is looking for.

the best job i have had

I have ben working here for 2 years and 10 months and i am not understanding the negative reviews with this company. i started with sykes, that joined sitel, and now combined we are foundever. this company cares about their employees. they are quick to respond. they like to move you up so there is room for promotion. ive been promoted 3 times and love my job. the people i work with and all members of management. everything went smooth from the hiring process, to training, and into production. they supply the equipment and training is paid. i have even recruited a few famiy and friends that also work here..

Lies all the time and havent payed out my salary its now 18 days over the past date of the salary payout they wont provide any proves of payment since 11, december they only payed me for 2.38 days and i have now filed a fraud charge agianst Them they never answer e-mails, text messages or phone calls when its about payment only for other request i have been promised an answer since 5, January and still hasnt Got it today 17. January agian they give an answer that They will talk with payroll departement witch they havent done since January 5. They wont pay you your salary just makes you quiet you job in your country so you could come to Them and work for free
