I did the 2 weeks Vietnam tour with Andy as the guide. The experience was so good, everything ran smoothly, the hotels beat expectations every time, and it was a really good group.
The itinerary was balanced, we were able to do so much but had enough free time to relax if we wanted to.
Andy was an amazing guide, he was very helpful and answered any questions and had such positive energy to bring to every day.
I would definitely recommend!

This was my second trip with Feel Free and it definitely did not disappoint! From start to finish the trip was absolutely jam packed with incredible experiences, amazing people, and so many unforgettable moments. Every day was so well organised and there was always something exciting to look forward to.
Arthur, our guide, was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole trip. He was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and always made sure everyone was having the best time. He brought good vibes to everything we did!

The Bali trip itself was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, relaxation, and nightlife. I honestly can’t recommend Feel Free enough. They consistently deliver such incredible experiences and it’s easy to see why I’ve already booked twice with them. I’ll definitely be booking my third trip soon!

I did the 2 week Vietnam trip in May 2026 and had Andy as a tour guide. I could not recommend Feel Free travel enough, the trip was planned so well and everything was made so easy. I met a lovely group of people and had so much fun. Andy was also a great tour guide, he was very helpful and lots of fun to be around! Big thank you to Feel Free travel!

I’m just back from my second trip with Feel Free, this time it was the 15 day “Best of Thailand” tour. After my incredible trip to Vietnam this time last year, my expectations were high, and once again they were exceeded on every level. Thailand is a beautiful and diverse country, and the varied nature of the locations and itinerary really allows you to get the best out of the trip.

Our group leader for the trip was Jake, and I cannot praise him highly enough. From the very first day it was like being with a group of mates, and a large part of that was down to Jake and his seamless organisation and endless good humour. He made organising us look easy, which goes to show how much hard work was going on behind the scenes to ensure that every single person was enjoying themselves. Nothing was too much trouble and he was full of helpful advice and recommendations throughout the trip. A shout out also to the various local guides we had throughout the tour who were a delight to be around and so clearly loved showing us around.

I said in my review of the Vietnam tour last year how impressed I was at the value for money throughout the tour, from the excellent accommodation, included activities and even a large number of meals. This was definitely the case in Thailand too; particular highlights this time were the visit to the elephant sanctuary in Chaing Mai, relaxing on the beautiful beaches in Krabi and Koh Phi-Phi, and getting the opportunity to go scuba diving (not included in the tour but definitely worth splashing out on!)

So thank you Jake and Feel Free, I honestly wouldn’t want to be exploring SE Asia any other way!!

This was my second trip with Feel Free Travel and I couldn’t recommend them more.

The trip was organised to perfection from start to finish and it really took the pressure off having to organise transport, accommodation, activities, as well as planning the overall route itself.

Our tour guide Andy was incredible - he made sure that we were all having a great time and was always on hand to answer any questions we had or provide any recommendations for restaurants or things to do in our free time.

If you’re humming and hawing about booking the trip. Just do it. You’ll have the trip of a lifetime and meet some amazing people along the way as well!

Had such an amazing experience with this tour company, and a huge part of that was our group host Jake. He made the entire trip feel easy, fun, and stress free from start to finish. He brought such a great energy to the group, made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, and always had amazing recommendations and helpful advice.

The price of the tour was also 100% worth it considering everything included; all the excursions, travel, accommodation, and food made it such a great value. I was also easily able to extend from the 9 day to the 15 day ! Thanks to the Feel Free team and Jake, my first experience exploring Thailand was unforgettable. You can really tell he cares about giving people a great experience, couldn’t have asked for a better group host!

The trip to Japan was such an amazing experience! We were able to visit so many beautiful places and take part in lots of interesting activities throughout these 10 days.

Everything was well organised, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Over the past 15 days in Thailand, having M as my tour guide made this one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everyone’s experience as special as possible.

M goes above and beyond with warmth and positivity, always making sure everyone feels comfortable and enjoys every moment. It’s clear that she puts her heart into what she does, and that made all the difference.

Thailand was beautiful, but M made the experience unforgettable. I’m truly grateful for all the amazing memories — thank you, M, for everything!

I had such an amazing two weeks exploring Vietnam with Feel Free on my first big solo trip. I made so many great memories and met some really lovely people along the way, which made it even more special.

Our group leader Tu was honestly amazing – we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was so fun, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour, but also really cared about everyone in the group. Vietnam is such a lively place, but it can feel quite overwhelming at times, especially with things like overnight trains and busy stations. Having Tu there made everything so much easier and I always felt safe and looked after, which meant a lot as it was my first long-haul solo trip. He also gave us loads of great food and shopping recommendations, so I got to try a lot of new things and probably avoided some tourist traps. When we had free time, he was happy to help with organising extra activities, recommendations and helping give us an idea of how much things should cost and how to haggle in Vietnamese.

I really enjoyed all the places we visited – each one felt different and had its own personality. Ninh Binh and Hoi An were probably my favourites, they were just so beautiful, cycling around was so fun and the scenery was beautiful. I think I preferred the North overall, but Ho Chi Minh City was a great place to finish the trip for the energy, history and shopping.

The only downside for me was the sand dune trip in Mui Ne. The company we used didn’t seem to have great safety standards, there wasn’t really a proper briefing, and when someone got hurt it took quite a long time to get help and didn’t feel very well handled.

Overall, I’m really happy with Feel Free and the organisation of this trip. I'm so grateful for our group leader Tu for such an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect introduction to solo travel and I’d 100% recommend it

Just back from two weeks in Vietnam and had an incredible time! Accommodation was good quality and there were some unforgettable experiences included, waking up in Ha Long bay was a definite highlight. Our group leader Tu really went above and beyond to make sure the whole group had the best experience possible. He brought great knowledge and energy and really deserves the full 5 stars (if not more!). For me, the tour itself was only 4 stars. Stays in the north felt rushed while stays in the south felt too long - especially Nha Trang and Mui Ne where there was little to do. Some of the restaurants used were not great and the tour would benefit from these all being reviewed or some autonomy given to the group leader to choose local restaurants. Unfortunately the sand dune company used in Mui Ne was not safe and should be reviewed/removed.

Sri Lanka was incredible - You must visit!
Ian absolutely smashed it, he was simply amazing and felt incredibly lucky to have him as our tour guide & Cutie as our driver!
From the start meeting in Negombo.
Dambulla, hiking Pidurangala to get views of Sigyria was unreal, train rides in Ella, Temples in Kandy, Safari in Udawalawe, Beaches in Mirissa & Hikytiria with Yoga and surfing! The unforgettable ‘secret’ experience on day 2 and finishing with a game of cricket with the locals - honestly I don’t think this tour experience can be topped! We’ll be back to visit Sri Lanka - Alex & Kerry x Or something like that Ian 😅❤️

I had such an amazing time in Vietnam. My group and tour guide Tu definitely made the trip!

Tu was an incredible tour guide. He is so kind and friendly and made sure everyone was involved and felt welcome. He took the time to get to know us all and was just genuinely lovely. Having a local guide made everything so easy; he could communicate with vendors and made sure we all made the sleeper trains etc. His suggestions and advice on our free time activities and food were spot on. I loved our Vietnamese lessons and he was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. I’d like to see Tu have more input in restaurants we went to (the last restaurant in Hoi An definitely needs changing). I also cannot thank Tu enough for my surprise birthday cake in Hue!

As for the trip I’d have liked to spend more time in the north. The second week had a lot of free time in places where the only thing to do was go to the beach or pool. 2 days each in Ninh Bin and Hue instead of less than 24 hours and cutting down the days spent in Nha Trang/Mui Ne would be perfect. Given that, I had an amazing time on this trip and made memories for life. Not having to think about logistics and Tu just telling us where to be at what time was great! I loved the hike in Ninh Bin and the coconut boats in Hoi An were so much fun.

Ha Long Bay was absolutely incredible! Kayaking and swimming in the bay and waking up on the boat to do Tai Chi in the morning was a highlight of the trip.

Lastly, and most importantly, the sand dune company you use needs an urgent review. I feel there was a lack of due diligence in choosing a company given their complete lack of health and safety procedures for the activity.

Great activities and a really nice tour guide!

The Vietam tour from feelfree was awesome. I will never forget the highlights Ha Long Bay, Ninh Bhin, Hoi An and Hue. The south of vietnam was also great but the north and mid of vietnam was better. If you want to see all of vietnam in 2 weeks, that is the tour for you. If you want a slower tour with less transport time, look for another tour. Tu, our group leader, was fantastic! Thank you Tu!!!

Tu was absolutely 5 stars!! amazing tour guide, friend, and teacher. the first week of the tour was also amazing, but the itinerary for the second week was not as great. felt like a lot of filler days with not much to do (a LOT of beach days!). i think spending more time in the north of Vietnam (Ninh Binh & Hue) and having less time in Nha Trang / Mui Ne would make this trip perfect!! Also some of the restaurants on the itinerary ended up not being very good, would recommend allowing the local tour guide (Tu or the others) to choose the restaurant more often!! Their recommendations were always amazing.

Just finished an amazing group tour with Ian as our group leader and our driver Mangala ‘Cutie’ in Sri Lanka!

Ian was absolutely amazing - on a previous tour I had to go to hospital due to heatstroke so he accommodated me by changing the times of the hikes to be in the morning and evening so I could still be included without worrying. A few days in it felt like we were travelling with a friend - we had a lot of inside jokes with Ian and I spent every day laughing. It was also really beneficial to have our group leader come from Sri Lanka to help with translation and local tips. Ian went above and beyond to accommodate us and found solutions when a lot of lunch spots and plans were closed due to the Sri Lankan New Year.

Our driver Mangala was also super helpful and got involved with our nights out and dinners, and it was great to get to know him on a more personal level and have a laugh with him and know him as more than just the driver.

The activities were great - the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highlights were surfing, yoga, being cooked dinner at a local farm and seeing wild elephants on the side of the road on the way to dinner! I would have liked another day at the Thilanka hotels as they were lovely - and as feedback it would be great if this tour was a bit longer to allow for more time to enjoy the lovely hotels.

I will definitely come back to Sri Lanka and to do another tour with feel free!

Nobody likes the winter months in the UK 😭, so I decided to join Feel Free’s Vietnam & Cambodia trip, it was a great way to escape the cold . The itinerary is a great balance of culture, history, and fun group activities.

A huge highlight was our tour guide, Andy. From the very beginning, he made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. His knowledge of both countries, combined with his charisma, friendliness, and willingness to help, truly made the experience unforgettable. No question ever went unanswered. We asked loads lol.

Vietnam is beautiful and very picturesque. The people were kind, hospitable, and incredibly welcoming. One of my favourite experiences was the rural charm of Ninh Binh, the bike tour through the rice fields was unforgettable. The overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay was another standout, offering peaceful , breathtaking scenery and some Karaoke lol 😄🎤.

The food throughout Vietnam (and Cambodia) was also a big highlight, very cheap and incredibly tasty.

Cambodia felt like a hidden, slightly untouched gem. Like Vietnam, the people were warm and welcoming. While the country has a very dark history, the resilience and strength of its people are truly admirable. Visiting a local village and meeting the villagers felt really wholesome and authentic, and riding the rickshaw was a fun and memorable experience. Watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat was unforgettable and absolutely worth the early 4am start 😭😄💤.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the trip, it does lack a relaxation element. A few rest days between destinations would have made a big difference, as the pace can feel quite tiring and a bit rushed at times. That said, the packed itinerary also meant I was able to see and experience so much in just two weeks, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it was an amazing trip filled with unforgettable moments, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure packed experience across Vietnam and Cambodia. However I would suggest perhaps some time prior or post the trip to relax.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my tour guide in Vietnam—Andy Phan - made the trip. From the very beginning, his warmth, professionalism, and insider knowledge of Vietnam set the tone for something special. Every destination came alive with stories, cultural insights, and little details we never would have discovered on our own.

What stood out most was his genuine passion and his lighthearted and fun nature. It wasn’t just about showing us landmarks—it was about feeling he was there experiencing it with us, helping us understand the traditions from a local perspective. Whether we were navigating bustling city streets, overnight trains, exploring serene countryside, or tasting incredible local food, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully curated. He never lost his cool and that was infiltrated into the group. He also always had the BEST recommendations so we knew we could trust him and was in good hands.

He was also incredibly attentive and adaptable, always making sure everyone in the group was comfortable, engaged, and having a great time. It felt less like a formal tour and more like being shown around by a knowledgeable friend who truly cared about our experience. He answered any questions thrown at him and would go out of his way to assist us on things outwith the tour.

Thanks to Andy, Vietnam left a lasting impression on me—not just as a beautiful destination, but as a place full of life, stories, and heart. I would recommend this tour to anyone without hesitation. I cant thank Andy enough and I hope our paths pass again in life.

I had an incredible experience on my 10-day Japan tour with Feel Free Travel. The itinerary was packed, allowing us to explore so many different parts of Japan and really get a feel for the country's culture, food, and atmosphere.

One of the highlights was definitely seeing Mount Fuji - we were so lucky with the timing and it made for a truly unforgettable day. There were also so many fun moments throughout the trip, especially our karaoke nights, which brought everyone together and created such a great vibe!

What really made the trip stand out though, was the group and our leader Charlotte. She brought amazing energy from start to finish, made every moment fun, and always made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. She played a huge part in making the trip as enjoyable and memorable as it was!

The accommodation throughout was great as always with Feel Free, and everything was organised which made it easy to relax and enjoy every experience.

This was actually my third trip with Feel Free Travel, and it definitely won't be my last! I'd also recommend potentially spending a couple of extra days in Japan before or after the tour to explore even more of what the country has to offer.

Overall, it was a truly memorable trip that I'd recommend to anyone.
