Works but one LED does not light up
The product works, although one of the LEDs on the device does not light up and it seems that there's something loose in the chassis. 3.5 out of 5 from me.

I'm pleased with products
I'm very pleased with my purchase. I was little disappointed that there wasn't 240W ugreen cable with screen in the EU version and I buyed such from other source, and the combination with the purchase from here, the 500W adapter and USB/SD card port, made everything perfect.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, cheap price.
The product was genuinely good and solid (thunderbolt 4 nvme ssd enclosure).
It had one design flaw for double-sided SSD's that the aluminum enclosure can make contact with components on the bottom of the PCB and cause a short-circuit but it was easily fixed with some tape.

Nexode 500W purchase
I've ordered the Ugreen's flagship charging station the Nexode 500W GaN charger, and I'm more than happy with it. It is cool to the touch even in my room where currently temperatures reach 28°C during the day. Charging experience is also great, the fact that 5 devices can be charged simultaneously at 100W power is exceptional, and a great upgrade over my other charging solutions that doesn't have enough power budget to meaningfully divide between devices. Quality is superb.
The device shipped immediately, and was relatively well packaged. The shop didn't wrap it in too many layers of bubble wrap, but it came in a thicker brown shipping box that provided some protection. Anyway, it got here intact, and I did pay for the immediate return warranty given the price of the thing, so I was not too afraid I'll have a bad experience, but fortunately I didn't have to rely on it, the device is working properly.
All in all, great product and service, my recommendation.
