No confirmation of order only double the credit card charge

I ordered 3 grinder pads not 9 you charged me for 9. I have nothing reflecting my order from you but you charged my credit card over $60 not $30.

I get the feeling you are a scam.

Contact within 3 days or I will deny the charge

If the product sucks as much as your customer service it will be returned

I ordered and electric spray air massage cushion spray brush. Its not worth the money and its made of cheap plastic

I order and electric spray air cushioned massage comb. they charged $50.00 for the product. I did not get any confirmation for my purchase. I had to threaten them with legal action to get a response. There were not way I could track my purchase. And the customer service is a zero, you don't get a human. You have to email them and maybe 1 or 2 weeks later they will respond. After purchasing there product I found out they charged me 4 to 5 times the amount it actually cost on other sites. Don't waste you time or money buying from this site. A month and half later the product finally arrived with no clear instructions. Hit the gas don't buy anything from this site. The product is actually made of cheap plastic and poorly put together. Tis Chinese product is not worth the money I paid for it. Hit the gas and find another site. This company is a sham and their products are poorly designed and used with cheap plastic. They are worth nothing.

A real kitten toy

The play item was as described and very colourful. However, my friend's cats are now adults and did not show the 'kitten delight' my friend and I were hoping for at the time of purchase. I do believe that owners with kittens will see the interest and play promised by this product and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Ordered steam brush. Misleading False advertising

Ordered steam brush that's supposed to help straighten hair. Buy 2 get free shipping. Ads show any and all hair types. Hair straightened in the commercials looks like shining silk. I know the images are AI so I didn't expect perfection, but the actual brush does nothing. It's not steam, just cold vapor. Material is very flimsy and toy-like. I've got the same tangled hair that I started with. Order # easepicks-3387280. I ordered mid-June, nearly forgot all about it but the time it arrived. No idea that it would take so long. I've emailed the customer service email from the website requesting return and refund information, but they replied back with a copy of the return policy from the website, asking for my order number that I already provided. I just want to return this product and get my money back. I feel robbed. I struggle with my hair daily and this is even more disappointment. I am trying to go through direct channels and hope for a simple resolution. Please make this right.
