Air conditioning, just the ticket.
We had Custom Head come and fit air conditioning in our house on what turned out to be the hottest days of the year so far. Isaac, Caleb and their colleagues were a lovely bunch who did a great job despite the hot working conditions. They made sure we knew what they were doing at every stage, cleared up promptly and also took great care to make sure they didn't let our house cats out, which was above and beyond. We love our lovely cool house, I can highly recommend them.

Combo Boiler changeout
Recently had to have Worcester Combi Boiler replaced.All arranged and work carried out very quickly.
Heating Surveyor arranged site visit for quotation and work carried out the following day. Installation Engineers were very professional and helpful with advice answering any questions.
The whole process was simple and made easy by everyone involved at Custom Heat. I would recommend this company highly and thank them for their professional service.

Booking my service was simple and customer services were helpful and friendly. The engineer arrived on time and was professional and respectful of my property. He was very helpful and showed me how to remove and clean the air filters.

Excellent communication. They phoned the day before, to check all was OK, messaged the morning to confirm, and then phoned again to say the engineer was coming in the next hour. Which he did. He even brought his cup into the kitchen for me. Great service

Reliable and competent service levels
We have been customers for a number of years and our annual boiler service was carried out by William Martin. He was very professional in his approach and cleaned up the area after the work. He gave us advice on our CO2 detectors and even rectified a small leak for us.
