If I could leave a no star review I…

If I could leave a no star review I would and I’m not one to normally put up reviews but this one needed one as people need to know what they are letting themselves into when ordering for this company Coffydoor.

Ordered on 2nd April 26 chased for updates on delivery a number of times. With response we have had issues with the warehouse. To shipment will arrive at the warehousetoday and your order will be with you soon.
To a long winded email saying the shipment from Italy didn’t have the correct customs documents.

Don’t waste your time ordering from them as delivery takes way too long emails are not replied to in a timely manner.
I received my order yesterday 6th May 26 to find the decaf caps I had ordered with my order were not in the box.

I have sent images of the items I have received I’m still waiting for a response as I was told in a previous email all items were sent doesn’t explain why when I opened my order the caps are missing.

I did sign up to the subscription for 120caps a month but due to the service I have encountered with this company already I have now cancelled and will be buying my coffee from elsewhere.

So if your thinking of ordering from this company I wouldn’t. The only constant emails you get are spam/ promotion emails

Ordered at 13th of April, got nothing

I ordered at 13th of April. Today, 6th of May, I have no feedback about my order, other than a general "sorry we had problems but now everything works fine" mail, sent in Swedish at 26th of April.
That's a really bad experience.
Only positive, after another generic excuse for the delay, when I finally asked for a refund, they sent they money back in less than 15 minutes.

Avoid!

The coffee is really quite good but delivery is a shambles and the customer service is terrible, they will just fob you off with nonsense replies without addressing your direct questions.
Deal with these people at your peril.

Coffee tastes good but the pods don't work.....

Coffee tastes good but the pods are not compatible with my Nespresso machine, which creaks and strains to push the coffee out of the pods - something that it doesn't do with the Nespresso pods. Each time I am left with half an espresso, so I will not be trying again regardless of the long email explanations from Jonathan.

Love it

Love it, best coffee on the market!! Amazing taste, smooth delivery and great support. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Best pods I've ever tried

Honestly the best pods I've ever tried! My friends & family (AND my tummy) loves them just as much. Quick and reliable deliveries. Just a smooth experience overall! Really recommend :)

This has been a long a bad experience…

This has been a long a bad experience dealing with coffydoor.
First of all do NOT order anything if you think you will get it within the stated delivery times.
I made a Order on Dec.1 and should be delivered with 2-5 days, but after 5 days and nothing have happenend then we get excused with new warehouse and so on.
Dec. 8 I get a mail that now my shipment will be shipped right away, but again UPS received the Shipment Dec. 17 so right away is not even within the stated 2-5 days.
When i receive my package from UPS its only half the order and not ALL the things stated on delivery notice.
One thing the did really fast was taking the money so that part works for them.

Didn’t think I’d notice a big…

Didn’t think I’d notice a big difference at first, but wow, Coffydoor actually got me. The coffee is smooth, tastes really good, and doesn’t mess with my stomach at all. I’ve been having it every single morning and it’s honestly made my routine way nicer. Didn’t expect to like it this much, but here we are!!
