First class customer service
First class customer service. I made an error on my order and rang the company for help . Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted my error out immediately. Delivery was quick and came very well packaged in a box. Would highly recommend them.

Very happy overall
Very happy overall. While part of my order was missing when it arrived, a quick call to Coffeecups and I got straight through to a human who arranged for the missing item to be sent. Mistakes can happen to anyone, it's how companies deal with them that matters. Would definitely use again.
