You made contact very easy by the supplier including a "THANK YOU CARD" in with the parcel.
The problem occurred when I attempted to cancel my order for the 'Spy Cameras" at the 'checkout' when there were confusing details that could NOT be corrected.
I have received the 2 Cameras which are MUCH smaller than depicted on the sales information.
So I also stopped payment at the Bank. Now I wish to return the parcel .

It took several minutes to reach a representative

Staff were very understanding with our concern regarding over ordering the product.

The cooler I purchased did not blow out cold air at all. The customer service lady was very helpful saying she would send me a return label so far. I have only received something for a review. I'm not sure if that was for customer service or the product that I bought, which was called an epic cooler which is probably a great heater but certainly does not cool anything.

Purchases the cameras. Arrived in good time, but just so not suit our purpose.

Customer service was helpful but my issue is not resolved yet.

Well, I haven’t actually returned the items, but so far your customer service person has been very friendly and helpful. I hope the actual return goes as well.

I accidentally clicked on the Magnesium Oil Spray. I. Couldn't find a way to delete the oil so I wouldn't have to purchase it. I was told once customer service contacted me that they were unable to delete it because by the time they got a hold of me it had already been packed and was ready to ship out. Now because of all that I have to go through the hassle of returning it so I can get my money back. NOT HAPPY!

The camera description was good and appeared exactly what we were looking for. When ordering the cameras there were a lot of ads about reductions in other products which made ordering confusing. One of the last ‘ opportunities’ was being a millionth customer and being able to order a tag…which we didn’t want, but the only option was ‘continue’ and it was added to my list. I could not delete it before ordering the cameras. When I emailed the company I did get a reply to say I could return it and have a refund.

Product ad did not advise a hose adapter would have to be purchased separately. Product box states “universal hose fit.” The bonus sprayer also needs the same hose adapter. Requesting return and refund.

The item did not work. I used my asculating fan on low and got better flow.

Ac@heater conditioner ac don't work ran it for 1hr blows out 90° heater works. Iive Arizona usa refund is a hassle to get. I bought it for the ac. THIS is a scam do not buy. I will contact better business @ paypal to let them know it a scam. Not happy

Easy to deal with. Informative and respectful reply’s to my queries.

Appears to me to take too long to get complaint sorted, leaving you in limbo and not knowing what's going on. Misleading information found after buying. I am now on day 9 of waiting for somebody to get back to me as regards a refund. On day 1 a Victoria got back to me and said someone would contact me, as yet nothing.

Very quick to respond to emails…it is unfortunate though that the matter could not have been dealt with immediately as I made the order mistake…in any event I look forward to the resolution of this order mistake and we think there may actually be other things of interest to us…we will see how the matter is finally resolved with reimbursement of the additional two wrist pressure things returned

Bought what was supposed to be an air cooler... Product not preforming as advertised. They sent me a toy that heats but not cool air. Very weak fan. In other words a POS... BTW: have tried to communicate problem with no help from them at all...

The unit does not cool, Sending back and want a full refund.
