This was an exceptional Customer Experience. I purchased initially the wrong product as I wanted to buy Esther a bundle pack and not the single items only. Despite my withdrawal of the purchase, processing of the order had already taken place. The Customer Service apologized for the mistake and immediately allowed me to order the other bundle item seperately and granted me the redund on lower price for the bundle! This is an exceptional Customer Service and helped also to avoid shipping items back and forth. Well done!

Poor service and defective product
The pool robot I bought from this shop does not function properly and spits the vacuumed dirt directly back into the pool. I contacted the seller to resolve this issue, but after 5 days, I have still not received any response. Very disappointing, absolutely do not recommend!

Replacement pump
The pump was delivered quickly. On fitting the pump two components were damaged fortunately we were able to use the same components from the pump we were replacing.

I purchased a water analysis system to bricoandpool via the LeroyMerlin marketplace. AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!! The product does not work since the beginning and it is 2 weeks that I am at l least hoping for an answer to organize the shipment back of the equipment and its payback. Escape from that site !

Item not working and worst customer support ever
I order a dolfin E10 cleaning robot for my swimming pool and it stopped working after only one week. Then I got the worst customer support I have ever seen. They kept asking stupid questions and kept me waiting between messages to discourage me to proceed further with the return and refund process. I would not advise anyone ordering anything at their store
