Ordering the pots was fairly easy
Ordering the pots was fairly easy. And the experience with hooking so far has been great. I also received a free grill and cutlery which was a nice surprise.

3-in-1 grill is purple, not black.
The bad:
- The 3 in 1 grill is actually dark purple, not black as shown on the website.
- The factory sticker leaves a permanent discoloring on top of the device after removal. You can permanently see the outline of the sticker after removal. It’s not just sticker residue.
- The product gives off a strange plastic smell even after using it for an extended period of time.
- No dutch customer support.
The good:
- Great easily switchable grill plates which are easy to clean and don't stick. Hopefully they really are PFAS free.
- Heats up fairly quickly.

Onze excuses voor het ongemak. We bieden klantenservice aan in alle gangbare talen. Het apparaat is inderdaad zwart, maar we zullen uw feedback doorgeven. De sticker zou geen sporen mogen achterlaten, maar u kunt eventuele lijmresten verwijderen met een product zoals Goo Gone.

Pans that last a lifetime
I have a lot of BK pans but this one is special. Its more durable, heavy and more look like expensive.
And its a really good quality pans compare to other pans.

Worth for your money
I love the pink colour of the pots and pans. They are dishwasher safe and they cook and bake great.

dissapointing
The pans changed color the first time I used them (both of them!) and it is irreversible. It was supposed to be non-stick but even with a big amount of oil used, everything was sticking badly each time. I will not be able to use them; the food is not done properly and it is too much work to clean them. Poor quality, incomparable with the old ones I bought many years ago.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customer.care@greenpan.nl. They are happy to help!

The delivery and the pan itself are…
The delivery and the pan itself are superburb. I will only use BK as we have the whole set.
I was very disappointed though. Last week Thursday I went online to order another one of hapjespan only to find that the SEPTEMBER 20 code which was advertised as still valid did not work.
