Very bad experience. We ordered and paid for car from them, from their list of cars that they sell. We agreed on delivery. After one month car didnt arrived and we can’t contact them they do not answer any mail or phone. Arval your sister company is selling cars at the auction. Some one is using your name to scam people ant you are doing NOTHING to prevent it. Just delete comments witch are not comfortable for you. You are the reason why scammers still uses your name and scams people till this day.

Very bad experience. We ordered and paid two used cars from them, from their list of cars that they sell, We are from slovakia and choosed that they will ship the cars to us, No info from them nothing. Cars didnt arrived and we can’t contact them they do not answer any mail or phone, When we wanted to order the cars invoice was sent to us in minutes. The service is very bad.

I ordered and signed a contract for a long-term lease with Arval Italy mid-October 2025 through my company. I explicitly selected one of the models proposed because it was « fast delivery » in 60 days (hence delivery by mid-December).
Every 2 weeks when I called for an update the delivery was delayed : in November it was late December, then in December it was mid-January.
I even asked for a short-term lease as a backup plan in the interim, agreed on a model with the salesperson and then no news / not possible.
We are now in February and I am still waiting for the delivery date of this car. I know it has been registered, it has been insured and is sitting somewhere in Milan. Yet whenever I call Arval no help whatsoever, the salesperson keep telling me that I am gonna be called back by the delivery department within the week and still nothing.
Today again they are now telling me « mid-march » - which would be 4 months delay !!
I have now also spent thousands in short term rentals that I would not have needed if Arval had respected their engagement and of course still no commercial gesture nor support.
At this point I am wondering whether to get the car or simply ask to rescind the agreement given the poor client service i am scared of the support during the lease.

Incredibile mi hanno applicato una franchigia di € 250 su r.c.a.per un piccolo incidente provocato più l'eventuale franchigia di € 500 quando sarà il momento di farla riparare..... senza parole !!

I’m waiting for 90days on a transfer of contact that was supposed to take up to 60days. Arval says it’s on the last “steps” for the last 30days. Meanwhile I will pay fines on my street parking because it resident only. You can’t trust Arval. Any process takes ages, and there’s no accountability or apologies.

signed a contract on 16/04. delivery planned on 16/06 at 17:00. at 15:40 they discover documents were missing. delivery re-planned for 31/07. lawyer sends pec to refund my 5000 euros immediately due to breach of contract. they never answer pec (against the law). they plan a delivery for today 11/07. driver calls me saying he cannot deliver the car and goes back to Naples. the person dedicated to my case is not working today. clowns, unprofessionals and band of thieves.
