Arc is a great tool for your job search if you have patience and are willing to adapt to their unique hiring process. It requires staying on top of their documentation, but it pays off. I’m already on my third client contract through them! My only hiccup was my own fault for misreading instructions on a task. There's always room for platform improvements, but overall, I highly recommend Arc to any fellow developers looking for part-time contracts.

I have been on the Arc.dev platform for two years, and my profile is currently under review for "Arc Vetting." However, I have never been able to move past the second step of the process. When I reached out to support regarding my status, I was told that the vetting process is currently on hold while they focus on existing talent.

While the positive reviews you see might be from older users, my experience as a newer applicant has been highly frustrating. I would advise upcoming talents to avoid Arc.dev, as the team has been unprofessional and unable to properly address email queries.

Just disable option for new users to register, since you have very poor customer support and generally on-boarding

Amazing product and feels that it holds case well. I had issues with my product and they took care and fixed the soluition.

It has good offers, you can apply, as a developer I know the market is in a very tough spot, but the platform keeps t the goods offer and allows you to apply, good filters, easy to apply, overall a very good service

My profile has been "in review" for two years now. No opportunity to even update my profile with all the new work I've completed in the last two years. Effectively, there's no way to use the site, and support is unhelpful in the matter.
