AC Stick 2.0
The theory behind this product is outstanding, sadly, I have had 2, one being a replacement for my original, the replacement didn't work (the rod part) and now have to buy more, the idea of having 2 rods in the original box was a good idea, the new prodder type can't see any reason for this. Also, maybe if the rods need silicon around each contact to stop them from not working from the dampness from the dog's mouth, ( the reason given for mine not working) then possibly this warning should go in with the product or done before shipping. A bit disappointed as stated in the first instance the theory is absolutely great, but....

It hasn't come back yet and it's cost me nearly 100 pounds in sterling in postage for you to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and I still haven't received it it's due back next Monday according to the dispatch company. Not impressed with your customer service regards
