A Google search of plumbers in our area brought up this company so we phoned to arrange for someone to come and fix our toilet flush button , a very minor repair requiring a small inexpensive new part probably costing no more than a few pounds.A plumber and his apprentice arrived at the appointed time and were able to fix the toilet in less than 10 minutes.I was aware of the £45 call out fee but was not prepared for the final bill.The plumber who was apparently a sub contractor warned it would be large but wasn't expecting the final total , £325 !My husband had to pay over the phone and received a receipt from a completely different company , James Plumbing and Drainage.We are now worried these robbers now have access to his account details.We will we lodging a complaint with Trading Standards.The company have now replied claiming they know nothing about this job , coincidentally the same reply they have given to other complaints.They have requested we contact them directly, no doubt so they can completely ignore us.We have a copy of their receipt with the invoice number so they can't claim to know nothing.

ACD Services – Interested, efficient, experienced, competent, knowledgeable, (I'm sure I've left out a few adjectives) – just amazing.
Toilet flushing was backing up into the shower. Contacted Dino-Rod – they attended very quickly. Listen to the story and, without doing any exploration, pronounced that it was an AAV valve problem and I needed a plumber. Then they left.
Phoned Alex Brown – local Plumber who diagnosed, over the telephone, a blocked drain. (Which is what we thought it was in the first place)
Recommended ACD services and as they were also on the island. They attended promptly and were just brilliant. Sorted it out in no time.

Our experience with ACD was fantastic. We had an issue with a manhole that was spilling over, likely because tree roots were causing a blockage. ACD responded quickly to address the situation, and they even provided photographs of the pipes for our insurance purposes. Excellent service!

Please do not use as they say one price by 1 person and then charged extra.
I am loyal to a company until you rip me off.
Then they tell me I should waste my time on other brands parts that are new and 40% cheaper. I don't know how many miles the part has done and might only last a few months.

We called ACD services to sort out a complicated issue with our drain and sewer. They fitted us in immediately and found the route of the problem very quickly and sorted it for us. The guys were really friendly and professional.

We have used this company for many years and always found them friendly and efficient. Recently we had problem and they responded very very quickly. Also, the guys who do come to us are very respectful to our property despite it being a bit tricky to access.

ACD dealt with our seriously blocked sewer outlet quickly and on schedule. The price for this emergency call out was reasonable and the technician who attended clearly knew his job! Thanks ACD until next time 😊

The engineer Steve arrived on time was polite and friendly. He did a brilliant job in unblocking my drain.
Nothing was to much trouble.

We've used ACD for years to clear residential drains. They've been friendly, professional, and very helpful every time.

One particular incident stands out. We woke up on a Saturday morning in April 2022 to find our toilets barely flushing due to a blocked drain.

We called ACD and learned that the whole team was working a large project in Kent.

Not to worry though. The owner came out on short notice and sorted it for us himself. Nearly a year has passed and my wife and I are still very appreciative.

That's the kind of exceptional service you get from ACD Services.

Amongst all our businesses we have used ACD for many years and always been more than happy with the services they provide. Having different effluent requirements throughout the company, they do our quarterly servicing very efficiently and, being mindful of the fact we are in the leisure industry, they are always considerate of our guests.
