Do not join this league. In one season we experienced:

- Broken ankle
- Dislocated shoulder
- Racist abuse
- Cornered and threatened with physical violence after the game

All the good reviews are incentivised by the league. The referee doesn’t want to intervene even when teams are being violent, the management don’t respond to messages on the subject.

me and my friends, jeffy, junior, joseph and cody all went to play fopotball yesterday but when we wnt in the dolphin gang came and attacked us leaving us with scars and trauma and we want to sue so please reply

I started playing in the Thursday evening league in September with a few mates. I've thoroughly enjoyed the competitive nature of this league and battling with my team! Good officiating and very well organised league. It is also nice how the league offers match stats for each individual player after the game!

Great structure and officiating in league. Really good competition in the league yet open to all standards of playing. League even has a substitute keeper on offer for teams! Great league!

5aside offer a great a service. They are relatively cheap for a 5 a side league in central london, the quality of refereeing and players are good making the experience enjoyable. Communication is also great - letting us know in ample time if games are called off due to the weather.
Would highly recommend.

Great way to spend my Thursdays evenings, great playing surface. Always a close game which makes the matches very enjoyable. Cheap prices as well!

I'm a university student that has recently joined the league with a few friends. I have enjoyed playing in the league so far. The games are competitive and the teams are all at a similar level. One of the highlights of my week and all for a really good price.

Would definitely recommend joining if you are looking for somewhere to play 5-a-side football.

Well organised league with a good ref and good comms from the league manager. Always very accomodating and the league works like clockwork! Would highly recommend!

I’ve recently joined the league and am thoroughly impressed by the facilities and level of communication by staff.

The standard for the league is very balanced, which makes the games very exciting.

It’s also a very safe place, I’ve left clothing behind that was safely kept for me by the staff.

This is by far the best amateurs football league to have fun without forgetting to compete with decent level to play every week. Also great people on charge and friendly players. Important too there is a fair referee.

Have been playing in this league for a couple of years now and can't recommend it highly enough. Professionally run, really friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities.

I’ve played in numerous 5-a-side leagues across London over the last 10 years and this is hands down the best one. Whilst games are competitive, there is a friendly atmosphere and good rapport between the players. The standard of refereeing is also really good, which adds to the experience. The social aspect of 5-a-side is also a strong focus, and the post match analysis/debrief/drinking session at the local pub is also a key part of the experience.

Best 5-a-side league in London hands down. Well run business, that isn’t about fleecing players who want to play in a competitive league. It doesn’t take itself too seriously but has plenty of extra touches in the organisation of the league that make it more of a community league like end of season awards, top goal scorer & MOTM tracking.

We've been playing 5-a-side for about 7 years now and 5aside.com are comfortably the best. The referee at Marylebone is the best we've had - doing the simple things right, focussed on the game as well as being a laugh too. The guys that run the league do it with personal touch, very reasonable and human unlike the robotic, corporate companies we've played under before. Been here for 3 years or so now, and no intention to leave any time soon. No notes or feedback for improvement, would highly recommend.

Well run and set up from Sam, fixtures done a few weeks in advance, great stats board & table updated everyday after the match !
