Incompatible with regular banks for transfers
Not being able to use regular bank accounts for transfers it's actually a bad thing, and is not something they tell you directly at front. For the rest, it works as intended. In addition there's not protection from harassers and spammers. I've received in my fund raiser a terrible message through a donation from a person that's harassing me. I think that there should be a mínimum filter even if someone donate.

Overal good
Overal good, but many people had problems donating to my fundraiser. So because I didn't have enough people coming to my fundraiser I decided to stop it. Now I just make my own fundraiser offline. And I use my PayPal account to have people transfer money to. Less costs and less trouble in the end. But I do believe other people can raise money by starting a fundraiser in the English language. I did mine in Dutch and maybe that's the problem. Good luck to anyone who is fundraising and hopefully have more chances than I did.

Easy to use
It was really clear instructions and easy to use your funding platform. Personally I had an issue with receiving the funds in to my personal bank account. It took a bit too long and was stressful experience. This the only one reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars, but rest of it, was great. Thank you.
