1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Postify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Postify for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Postify
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Billing

Postify offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to the Pro plan:

• You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee of $20/month
• New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial
• Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of being charged

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Postify. We do not claim ownership of your tweets, posts, or any other content you generate.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

6. Twitter Integration

Postify integrates with Twitter/X using their official API. You are responsible for complying with Twitter's Terms of Service when using our platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Postify to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Spam or abuse Twitter's platform
• Share the account with others (one account per user)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

Postify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
