Refund Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026

We want you to be happy with Flicka Pro. Try the free plan for as long as you like first; if you buy Pro and it isn't right for you, this is how refunds work.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase, whether monthly, yearly or lifetime. No reason is needed.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are charged automatically. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription. After 14 days renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page at https://tryflicka.com/account (Manage billing), which opens Paddle's billing portal; the account menu in the extension takes you to the same place. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; use the guarantee above if you are within the window.

4. How refunds are processed

Purchases are made through Paddle, our merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method. Email robin025.singh@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or use the receipt email from Paddle. Refunds normally reach your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

When a lifetime licence or subscription is refunded, the account returns to the free plan. The extension picks the change up the next time it checks your plan, usually within the hour.

5. What happens to your recordings

Nothing is deleted. Your recordings, screenshots and projects live on your device and stay there after a refund or a cancellation. On the free plan you can keep opening, editing and exporting all of them; you cannot add new projects while the library is at the free plan's limit, exports carry the small mark and the free export limits, and Pro-only settings (such as the webcam layer or cuts) are left out of the render without being removed from the project, so they come back if you upgrade again.

6. When we may decline a refund

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the right to a refund for a faulty service.
