I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Blinds2Go and would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering. I purchased three matching faux wood blinds for three windows positioned in a row. Not only was my order delivered later than originally advised, but the products arrived with serious quality issues. The largest blind was ordered at 163cm wide, yet the blind supplied measured over 170cm! How does a company specialising in made-to-measure blinds get the measurements so wrong? To make matters worse, there were visible cracks and defects in the blinds. Where is the quality control? I paid a professional contractor £250 plus VAT to install these blinds, only for these problems to become apparent during installation. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing customer services, sending photographs, taking measurements and repeatedly explaining the problems. Despite this, Blinds2Go decided to issue a partial refund of just £126.35, without my agreement to accept this as settlement. I have repeatedly explained that all three blinds were purchased as a matching set for adjoining windows. What am I supposed to do with two smaller blinds when the largest one is defective? The entire purpose of purchasing matching blinds has been defeated. I have requested that Blinds2Go collect all three blinds and provide a full refund, but they have refused to refund the other blinds. I am also disabled, and the additional stress, inconvenience and time spent dealing with this situation have been completely unacceptable. Although individual customer service representatives have apologised, apologies are meaningless when the company fails to offer a satisfactory resolution. My experience has involved: Delayed delivery. Incorrectly manufactured blinds. Cracks and visible defects. £250 plus VAT in installation costs. Repeated emails and wasted time. An unsolicited partial refund of £126.35. Refusal to provide the full refund I have requested. I am now left with an incomplete matching set of blinds, additional expenses and an unresolved complaint. Blinds2Go, please stop sending generic apologies and take responsibility for the products you supply. Collect your faulty blinds and refund my money. I will not be purchasing from Blinds2Go again. ZERO STARS. Extremely disappointing products, quality control and after-sales service.

Extremely disappointing experience — still no carpet after almost two months I ordered a carpet here on August 27. At the time of purchase, the item was listed as available, which was the main reason I chose it and placed my order. I reasonably expected that a product advertised as available for purchase would be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. However, shortly after I placed my order, the availability status changed to “available in two weeks.” Since then, the same situation has continued, with no clear resolution in sight. I have contacted customer service several times, and each time I have been given new promises: wait another two weeks, then another three weeks, and the carpet should be available. Yet the product remains unavailable, and I still have no reliable information about when I will actually receive it. What I find particularly frustrating is that shop appears to continue selling these carpets despite being unable to fulfil existing orders. Why is the product still being offered to new customers if the company cannot confirm when it will be available? Why are customers encouraged to place orders without being given accurate information about delivery times? I have also received no satisfactory explanation of how incoming stock is allocated or what priority is given to customers who have already placed and paid for their orders. Customer service has not provided a concrete solution or demonstrated that the company is actively resolving the situation with its supplier. Almost two months have now passed since I placed my order, and I am still left waiting, with no certainty, no clear timeline, and no satisfactory solution. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Delays can happen, but repeatedly making promises that are not fulfilled, while continuing to advertise the product for sale, is unacceptable. Customers deserve honest information, realistic delivery estimates, and proper communication — not an endless series of promises to wait just a little longer. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you are prepared for potentially lengthy delays and considerable uncertainty.

This is one of the worst website and company I have ever seen as where you can only order without clear instructions, and when you choose to cancel or asked for refund that option is not available and no one speaks to you, no customer service agent available rather they use AI chat box to give you repeated questions and answers, I ordered for the last two weeks and requested for cancellation as the email attach for the merchant is incorrect and no one is answering or responding, I sent several emails to Wowcher customer service email dropped by the AI but they also can’t get the merchant to refund and are no longer responding to me again about my refund as items are not delivered, no receipt of delivery or anyone talking about my money, everyone went quiet, from the look of things it seems this website is aiding scammers to ripe people off their money and I wish they close this website as they are harmful to the society , which company force a product on their client even when they request a refund two weeks ago and still insist I must take the product. More reason to shut them down see below: Re: Formal Complaint – Outstanding Refund for Cancelled CLOUD 9YN LTD Order Good Afternoon justina, Hope you are doing well. 3x Black/King/Ottoman Storage: Hilton Ottoman Storage Luxury Bed Frame with Memory Sprung Mattress from CLOUD 9YN LTD Sorry for the inconvenience, I can see you have been waiting for so long to get this issue resolved. As you have now reached me, I will now personally assist you. I can see that you purchased the voucher on 4 October 2026 and redeemed it on 5 October 2026. We kindly ask you to allow up to seven working days for standard delivery. As tomorrow is the final working day within this timeframe, if you have not received your items by then, please get back to us, and we will be happy to assist you further. I’m extremely disappointed with Ultrahuman and the way they have handled my UltrahumanX subscription. Ultrahuman offered me UltrahumanX as a special offer, even though my Ring had already been activated more than 30 days earlier. I accepted the offer and paid for the subscription, reasonably believing that I would receive the benefits associated with the plan I had purchased. However, when I tried to rely on the weight-loss Ring replacement benefit, Ultrahuman refused to honour it, claiming that my Ring had been activated outside the 30-day eligibility period. What makes this particularly frustrating is that Ultrahuman was willing to offer and take payment for the subscription, but when it came time to honour the benefits, they relied on a restriction that should have been clearly addressed when the offer was made. As a paying customer, I expect a company to be transparent about its terms and conditions before accepting payment, not to leave customers feeling misled when they try to use the benefits they paid for. I have tried to resolve this directly with customer support, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing. I also want to retain my existing loss and theft protection and the other benefits included in my subscription, rather than having to give up coverage to resolve this dispute. I purchased UltrahumanX expecting the advertised benefits to mean something. Instead, I have been left questioning the value of the subscription and the company’s commitment to its customers. I would strongly encourage anyone considering UltrahumanX to carefully confirm in writing exactly which benefits will apply to their Ring before paying. Ultrahuman needs to take responsibility for the offers it makes and provide a fair resolution to paying customers.
