Ukrainians Attack Zelensky's Military, Refuse To Fight Russia; Shooting At Mobilisation Drive

A military recruitment operation in Ukraine's southern city of Odesa ended in violence after a 32-year-old man allegedly opened fire on draft officers, leaving four Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) employees injured. According to the Ukrainian media, police said the suspect was arrested at the scene and the weapon has been seized as investigators work to determine the motive. The shooting comes amid growing tensions over Ukraine's wartime mobilization campaign, which has faced increasing public resistance. The incident follows recent confrontations involving recruitment officers in Lviv and coincides with ongoing anti-government protests in Kyiv over President Volodymyr Zelensky's cabinet reshuffle.
