Ritual earns mixed reviews: the vitamins and Synbiotic+ often feel gentle, easy to swallow, and occasionally boost energy or reduce bloating, but many users don’t perceive clear health results. Reviews praise Ritual’s transparent, research-forward formulations, mint or citrus essence, and sleek, motivating design, while calling out fishy or lingering aftertaste, plastic-heavy monthly bottles, strong mint, and inconsistent fit of the prenatal formula (e.g., folate choices) as drawbacks.
I highly recommend this and feel like it's worth the money. I love the minty capsule. l've never had a pill with a minty taste to it. It makes taking my supplements more interesting and eliminates after taste. I also feel my bloating going away after I take this.
I decided to get the mint flavor the orange flavor. The reason I did is the mint one helps if the vitamin makes me burp. I like the vitamins are see through, I know what inside and going into my stomach. I sometimes get stomach aches with pills but this one I didn’t have that problem.
I have been having stomach issues lately so decided to try a really good supplement. I’ve seen Ritual before and I was intrigued by their traceability, ingredient sourcing, 3rd party testing and independent certifications. I was also impressed with a probiotic that doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It also has probiotics that are designed to work in the small intestine and is considered a 3 in 1 including pre-, pro- and post- biotics. It has a minty essence that you can feel go down to your stomach after you swallow. If you have stomach upset issues it feels like it’s helping “put the fire out.” I think it’s been helping me and I am going to continue to take it.
Hard to know the effects of this multivitamin just yet but I love the simple ingredients and the sustainable packaging! I thought I would like the taste of the mint flavoured pill but I would honestly prefer a vitamin that has no flavour.
