New to Orienteering?

Orienteering combines running and navigation - using a map and compass to complete a course of control points in the fastest time possible. You choose your own route through the terrain, and it's not always the fastest runners that win. It's the perfect sport for exercising both the mind and body and will take you places you may otherwise never visit.
