Can I be charged for going over a limit?

No. Remote proxy limits are hard caps. When a workspace reaches its traffic, active proxy time, or stream limit, the remote proxy pauses until the next billing period. Nothing extra is billed.

What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?

You can't add more projects, environments, or members until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and you're never charged automatically.

Do agents count as paid seats?

No. Pro and Scale are billed per active workspace member. Agents and inactive members aren't billed.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Your data is kept. Anything over the Free plan limits becomes read-only until you upgrade or remove it.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs no credit card, and sandboxing, the local proxy, and agent profiles stay unlimited.
