2,200+ private pages delivered by 350+ people

Lines marked ○ are being built: your brand inside every page, then team members and roles. Everything else on this page works today, including a standard DPA on request on any plan. Until seats ship, an agency uses one login with a labeled API key per account manager, and each page says who sent it.

One flat price per plan. You’re not buying hosting, you’re buying the gap between work that looks like it cost $12,000 and work that looks like a template.

What a client month looks like

  • A paid-media dashboard the client checks every morning Solo (a permanent link on your domain)
  • Five clients, each with their own address and passcode Studio (10 client spaces)
  • One proposal or design approval this week Free (7 days), or Solo if the link must last

The detail

What the features actually mean.

Free

3 pages, 7 days or longer

Free is a trial you can actually send to someone. Three pages in total, counted for the life of the account, so deleting one does not give the slot back. Each page lasts 7 days. Once someone else opens one, it stays up for 30 days after their latest visit, up to 90 days in total.

Every plan

Private by default

Every page gets an unguessable link, and nothing is listed or indexed. The link is the credential, on Free as much as on Firm.

Passcodes on every plan · email gates Solo and up

Passcodes & email gates

Put a shared passcode on a page on any plan, Free included. Or, from Solo, restrict it to a client’s email domain with magic-link verification, and set an expiry so access ends with the engagement.

Solo and up

Viewer numbers

Opens, unique viewers and when a page was last opened. Free tells you a page was opened but not the numbers, so this is the line where guessing stops and timing the follow-up starts.

Studio and up

Engagement analytics

Aggregate time on page, scroll depth and section attention, so you can see which parts of the work held your reader. No session recording, no replay.

Every plan

Client feedback

Clients leave comments on the page itself, in context, and your workflow can read and resolve them. The feedback lands where the work is, not in a reply-all thread, and you get an email a few minutes after they comment.

Every paid plan

Your brand, no footer

Free pages carry a small “Made with Stacktree” footer. The moment you move to a paid plan, starting at Solo, it is gone and the page is entirely yours.

Solo and up

Custom domains

Solo includes 1 domain, so your work lives at something like reports.yourstudio.com. Studio includes 10 and Firm includes 25, for when different clients or brands need different addresses.

Solo and up

Client spaces

One permanent address per client, like acme.youragency.com, with a generated portal where the work accumulates, newest first. The bookmark never changes; the ledger keeps growing. Solo includes 1 client space, Studio 10 and Firm unlimited. Filing pages under a client is free on every plan. How client spaces work → · Why your clients never log in →

Studio and up · coming soon

Your brand inside every page

Your name, logo and color already carry onto the passcode screen, the portal and the access email from Solo. This goes further: set your type and colors once and every page comes out wearing them. In build now.

Firm and up · coming soon

Team members & roles

Bring the rest of the practice in, with roles deciding who can publish, who can edit and who can only read. In build. Today: one login, and a labeled API key for each account manager. Every page records the key that sent it, and revoking a key when someone leaves ends their access without touching the work they delivered.

Enterprise

Self-host & SLA

Run the platform in your own cloud, in the region your client’s contract names, with an SLA and dedicated support. A standard DPA does not need this: it is on request on any plan. Send us the security questionnaire and we will work through it.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does Stacktree cost? +
Stacktree starts free. Free is $0 and gives you 3 pages. Each lasts 7 days, and once someone else opens one, it stays up for 30 days after their latest visit, up to 90 days in total. Solo is $19 a month, Studio is $79, Firm is $249, and Enterprise is quoted by conversation and billed annually. One flat price per plan, billed monthly.
Is there a free plan? +
Yes, and it is a real trial rather than a demo. You get 3 pages in total on a stacktr.ee link, private unguessable URLs, the full publish API and MCP access, share links, and on-page client feedback. Each page lasts 7 days. Once someone else opens one, it stays up for 30 days after their latest visit, up to 90 days in total. Free pages carry a small "Made with Stacktree" footer. No card required.
Do free pages expire? +
Yes. Free pages last 7 days. Once someone else opens one, it stays up for 30 days after their latest visit, up to 90 days in total. Your own opens, bots, link previews and email scanners do not count, and a shorter expiry you set yourself still applies. From Solo up, pages stay until you delete them or set an expiry yourself.
What happens when I reach the 3-page limit on Free? +
The 3 pages are a lifetime total, not a running count, so deleting one does not give the slot back. To publish a fourth, move to Solo, which gives you 25 pages at a time with no expiry.
Can I put a passcode on a page for free? +
Yes. Every plan can passcode-protect pages, including all 3 pages on Free and anonymous publishes. Free pages are also private by default: the link is unguessable and nothing is listed or indexed. Email gates (restricting a page to one client domain) start at Solo.
What does a page video cost? +
Studio includes 3 page videos a month and Firm includes 10. On Free and Solo, or past your monthly allowance, a video is $19 per page, bought from that page’s screen in the dashboard. Every video comes with two remakes for when the page changes, and a video that fails to generate is not counted. How page video works, and how to send one with a proposal.
Do published pages show Stacktree branding? +
Only on the Free plan, which carries a small "Made with Stacktree" footer. Every paid plan removes it, starting at Solo, so your client sees your domain, your logo, and nothing of ours.
I published on Free and my client already has the link. Does upgrading save it? +
Yes. The moment a subscription starts, the expiry is cleared on every page already in the account, including pages published on Free. The link your client is holding stops counting down; nothing needs re-sending. Upgrading also brings back any page of yours that already came down, at the same link.
What happens to my pages if I cancel? +
Nothing happens to them. Every page you published while paid stays live at the same URL with no expiry added, and any passcode or email gate on it keeps enforcing. Canceling never deletes, expires, or unlocks a page you already shipped. Pages published after canceling follow free-plan rules, and pages on stacktr.ee links regain the small footer.
I run agents that publish through the API. Which plan? +
Any plan: the full publish API and MCP access are on every tier, including Free. Solo and Studio publish up to 1,000 pages a day, Firm has no daily cap. Agents without an account can also pay per publish ($0.50) or provision a persistent key ($1). See stacktr.ee/x402 for the machine-payment rails.
What happens to existing customers? +
Existing customers keep their current plan and price. The new tiers apply to new signups.
What do I see about my readers on each plan? +
Free tells you a page was opened, but not the numbers. Solo shows opens, unique viewers and when a page was last opened. Studio and above add engagement analytics: aggregate time on page, scroll depth and section attention, so you can see which parts of the work held your reader. All of it is aggregate. There is no session recording and no replay. More on seeing how pages are read.
Can I use my own domain? +
Yes, from Solo up. Solo includes 1 custom domain, so your work can live at something like reports.yourstudio.com. Studio includes 10 and Firm includes 25, for when different clients or brands need different addresses. More on custom domains.
Which plans include client spaces? +
Filing work under a client is free on every plan, including Free. What a paid plan buys is the address: a space with a hostname bound or its portal switched on counts as activated, and Solo includes 1, Studio 10 and Firm unlimited. Archiving a space gives the slot back, and a space hostname does not come out of your custom-domain allowance. More on client spaces.
How does an agency share one account today? +
One login for the practice, and a labeled API key or connector for each account manager, made under API keys in the account menu. Every page they publish or update is recorded against that key, so the pages list says who sent what. When someone leaves, revoke their key: their access ends, and the pages they sent stay up and still say who sent them. Team seats, with a login and a role each, are coming.
When do team seats and your brand inside every page ship? +
They are being built now: your brand inside every page (type and colors on the work itself), then team members and roles. Your name, logo and color on the passcode screen, the portal and the access email work today on every paid plan, and so does everything else on this page.
Can we run Stacktree in our own cloud? +
That is Enterprise. We support the deployment in your own cloud, with an SLA, a data-residency choice and dedicated support. A standard DPA does not need Enterprise: it is available on request on any plan from security@stacktr.ee. For Enterprise, email hello@stacktr.ee and tell us what your review needs.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Not on the monthly plans yet. Enterprise is quoted and billed annually. For anything else, ask us: hello@stacktr.ee.
What is your refund policy? +
A pro-rated refund within 30 days of any charge, no questions asked. Reply to the receipt email.
