    "Makes equipping a changing sales team simple"

    Pros: We've leased our laptops from devicenow since 2022. As a sales outsourcing company, our headcount shifts with every new client project, and devicenow lets us keep up without buying hardware. New hires get devices that are set up and ready on day one, and returns are handled without much effort on our side. Having one predictable monthly cost instead of big purchases has also made budgeting a lot easier.

    Cons: The device overview could be more detailed. Filtering by team or location would help when we're tracking a larger number of devices. Minor issue overall.

    Overall: devicenow fits companies whose team size doesn't stay the same for long. For us it removed most of the internal work around buying, setting up and collecting laptops, and the support team is easy to reach when something needs to be swapped. We've been with them for several years now and plan to keep it that way.
