Pros: The support team is very friendly, the pricing is very good compared to everything they offer, the design is also good.
Cons: The customer support for non-business customers is only available through email.
Overall: Very good, especially file sharing is much better than WeTransfer since their plans are much cheaper and they offer end-to-end encryption.
