    "Streamlined and robust monitoring tool"

    Pros: WhatsUp Gold provides reliable and easy to configure SNMP along-with WMI monitoring alerts for monitored devices and services. Its alert center stays up to date on devices status also. Its logs can be accessed / from one place. It can also provide customization regarding for a range of monitors and alerts. Overall, a useful tool.

    Cons: My company has multiple sites/locations and so we have to set up fully licensed instances at those remote sites for monitoring of those resources and so it’s licensing model become hindrance to our work.

    Overall: We trust WhatsUp Gold software which helps in to perform various periodic monitoring of the servers because it is quite reliable whenever structuring of network mapping needed. It is quite useful for our network monitoring because one of main concern was security of our users and the finding of irregularities was our priority. But now, it allows us to monitor our systems quite efficiently and effectively.
