"Awful and useless software" Posted 2022-04-07
Pros: Not much honestly. It is super confined with almost no customizability. There's no number that you can call and they take hours to get back to emails.
Cons: The software only works correctly about 25% of the time. The formatting is bizarre and you can't customize it at all.
Overall: We will be changing software because TapGoods is costing us money with all of the down time due to issues.
