Sevocity EHR

Pros: The system is very comprehensive, easy to use.

Cons: Right now I don't have anything negative to say about the system.

Overall: The technical support they provide is fantastic.

Pros: Looks Professional, but does not work professionally . This could have been a great program. Hopes for the future.

Cons: Does not work well with the everyday function of a company and error.

Overall: I would prefer not to use it because it is not user/error friendly. Hopes for the future and what could happen.

Pros: Registration and Scheduling is pretty simple, and I like the workflow with the features within Sevocity.

Cons: Medications section, this section can be a little confusing at times when refilling medications, and the pop ups that happen when doing so.

Overall: I have really enjoyed working with Kase as my trainer. I'm still learning the program overall, I do like the program the more I learn the features and the workflow.

Pros: User friendly and the communication/follow-up with Sevocity.
The training process is comprehensive and helpful.

Cons: Not sure, since our medical organization is a new user.

Overall: Overall, our experience with Sevocity has been good, and we receive the training and support necessary for a start up organization.

Pros: I like how easy Sevocity is to you and learn. I love that our labs can import right into the chart and the ease of communicating to all members of the staff here. I also really like the medication portal for sending and adding new medications for patients. I also like the patient portal and how patients can message us directly through their portal and we can respond and add that interaction right to the patient's chart.

Cons: There isn't much that I don't like about Sevocity. My whole team really loves how easy it is. The only thing I would like to see.

Overall: Overall, myself and my staff have really enjoyed Sevocity. It has been really easy to use and learn when training new staff. We used to use paper records and it is so nice to be able to access a patients full chart right from the computer!

Pros: Easy to manage patient records. Scheduler is easy to use. Customer service is fantastic and responsive.

Cons: Some functions take multiple steps, could be more streamlined. There is a bit of a learning curve for new employees.

Overall: We started our podiatry clinic in 2020 and Sevocity has been helpful since day 1. The customer support was very helpful in training us, and continues to be helpful in training as we hire new employees. We use it for scheduling patients as well as the EMR.

Pros: Sevocity is very easy to use and understand. Many features were added to the medical model specifically for mental health purposes. The customer support is excellent. I have zero complaints about them. They go above and beyond what is requested.

Cons: I have only been using the system for a couple of weeks but I haven’t found how to pull info from the medical provider’s notes to mine and haven’t found a user’s manual.

Overall: Overall, this is by far the easiest EHR I’ve used. I’ve used three other systems that had more features but were also more difficult to learn how to use adequately.

Pros: The functionality of the system is so easy, you can learn how to use it in minutes. You can change the templates to your liking.

Cons: There is not anything negative I would say about this electronic medical system.

Overall: I have used Sevocity for 12 years. The program is very easy to use and you change pretty much anything in there to cater to your needs.

Pros: It is quite easy to use. There is good customer support, should you need it. We use for our electronic prescriptions, charting, communication with our patients. Creating templates for charting is easy. Updated coded is done automatically.

Cons: Would like to be able to rotate a document once it is uploaded.

Overall: We have use Sevocity for 9-10 years and use it for all charting, document storage, creating templates is easy and time shaving. We also use Sevocity to create accounts for the business part of our office and upload all the related documents for storage saving filing space. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Clinic workflow is intuitive and easy to navigate. User interface is well designed. Good integration with other software that we use.

Cons: Does not support the compliance reports that we need.

Overall: Great EHR software. User interface is easily navigated and is very intuitive.
Value for price is good. Support is very good.

Pros: I really like the templates you can use to personalize the charting and make it easy and quick! Would recommend!

Cons: I would like to see the ability to zoom in on the screens or make them bigger!

Pros: The system has been fairly easy to learn and I've been able to get things rolling pretty fast. The system is adaptable for various settings.

Cons: Text size is VERY small, needs to be adjusted. It takes a bit to learn how to do adjustments but service is pretty quick.

Overall: So far it as been a positive experience. Still learning the ropes and getting things adjusted. It seems to be an overall, easy system to learn.

Pros: Customizable to suit your particular needs, which is great for small businesses. Very easy to find your way around the program.

Cons: The training can be a little confusing doing it all online.

Overall: Great program to use once you get the hang of it. Support staff is excellent to work with and usually respond pretty quickly.

Pros: So far this system does everything I need it to do and more - there are features I didn't even know I wanted or needed until I started with Sevocity!

Cons: As of right now, I do not have any issues - everything is going smoothly and the way you hope it does!

Overall: Comparing Sevocity to others I have found that the team that helps to implement and integrate the change to our system has been amazing! Everyone is helpful, professional, and knowledgeable - you can't beat their support!

Pros: I can easily create and customize templates to make charting for our physician and nurses faster and easier.

Cons: The system doesn't offer quick text charting so charting plan notes can take longer than preferred.

Overall: Overall, it's a good EHR for small practices of all specialties.

Pros: The ease of using Sevocity is exceptional. As administrator I can assist clinic staff for unlocking locked charts, resetting passwords and being able to print patient notes for record request. Support is very helpful and always there to help solve any issues we have

Cons: I actually have no complaints with this software. The ease to use and understand is excellent.

Overall: I love this product because patient record is always at your fingertips, the ease of moving around in a patient record whether to look at their labs, vitals, visit notes, allergies to being able to review and refill medications.

Pros: Sevocity is user friendly, great features and good support. Our providers are very satisfied with Sevocity.

Cons: Customizations are limited and not satisfactory at times.

Overall: Sevocity has been a good fit for our practice. We interface with our practice management system and we catch billing errors.

Pros: Very user friendly. Also additional help menu with pdf instructions and also helpful videos. Customer support was also great.

Cons: Some things did not get merged over like insurances.

Overall: Overall our experience was great. Sevocity has enhanced our billing and minimized our workflow extremely.
