    "Extremely Disappointing Billing and Customer Support Experience"

    Pros: The platform is easy to use and can generate presentations quickly, which was initially useful. Unfortunately, any positive experience I had with the product was completely overshadowed by the billing and customer support issues that followed.

    Cons: I was charged approximately 700 NIS even though I had not actively used the service for months. I contacted customer support multiple times requesting a refund. After several follow-ups, support stopped responding to me, and I still have not received my money back.

    Overall: My overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I did not expect to spend so much time chasing a refund for approximately 700 NIS. I contacted support repeatedly, but the issue remains unresolved and they eventually stopped responding to my messages.
    My account now shows that I am on the Free plan, but the previous charge has still not been refunded. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I would strongly recommend carefully checking the subscription, renewal and billing terms before purchasing.
    I will update this review if the company finally resolves the issue and refunds the charge.
