About PlayOps

PlayOps is web-based management software for indoor play centers and soft play venues. It gives operators a live floor view with per-child timers, admissions, session extensions, add-on tabs, memberships, prepaid passes, birthday-party bookings, digital waivers, QR check-in, and checkout records. Staff can track wristband assignments, send parent updates through WhatsApp, display time remaining on a TV or tablet, and review sales by revenue stream and payment method. Reports can be exported as CSV. PlayOps is designed for owner-run venues and works in a browser on counter tablets, phones, and PCs.

Pricing Details:

Starter costs $49 month to month or $490 per year. Growth costs $69 month to month or $690 per year. Custom plans for chains and specialized setups are quoted individually. New centers receive one month of the Growth plan free without a payment card. There is no setup fee, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
