Klorra AI delivers a complete custom-home bid, not just a takeoff. Upload an architectural plan PDF and a 7-phase AI pipeline returns five documents, typically in about 4 hours, viewable in the app and downloadable as Excel or Word: a quantity takeoff, a line-item cost estimate across 160+ cost codes, a scope of work organized by trade in build order, a conflict report of cross-discipline clashes and items needing architect or engineer clarification, and verification notes listing what a second-agent QC pass flagged for the builder to confirm.

Klorra is a service, not a tool you operate. Nothing to click wall by wall. It was built inside an active Naples, FL custom home builder; the same pipeline runs our own bids today.
