Intrawebix CRM is a browser-based CRM for small and midsize businesses that sell and support customers through messengers, email and phone. A shared inbox connects WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, Viber, email and website chat, and every conversation can become a lead. Teams manage leads, contacts and deals in a Kanban pipeline with lead scoring, forecasts and reports, and build chatbots, web forms, booking pages, email campaigns and automations. AI suggests and translates replies, summarizes conversations, and an AI voice agent answers calls and books appointments. Quotes are signed online, then invoiced; it also covers contracts, helpdesk tickets, a knowledge base, a customer portal, a REST API and webhooks. Interface in English, Romanian and Russian; data hosted in the EU. Pricing is per company, not per user, with a free plan and a 30-day trial.
