    "Good Product Horrible Customer Service"

    Pros: I like their product, works well. For donors, it's really user friendly, and even on our side - for the most part.

    Cons: I've been reaching out to get customer service assistance for over a year (several emails and DMd them on social media) and have never gotten a response. I need to edit the auto thank you email and have followed the path they've provided but it doesn't work. Shouldn't be that hard to respond to an email and/or fix a small bug.

    Overall: Their product is good. Wish they had a functional customer service team. Surprised they're still in business.

    "Easy to Accept donations"

    Pros: GiveForms allows accepting donations from any part of the world. Supports almost every currency types. Anonymous donations can also be done. Gives appreciation email for the donor.

    Cons: I liked the way GiveForms works, I am happy with its services.

    Overall: Accepting donations on the website from users is now convenient for us. GiveForms allows us to accept donations funds from any part of the world. It helps any business to maintain financially healthy.
