DocView Capture is cloud-based document capture and intelligent processing software. It supports browser-based scanning with TWAIN/WIA scanners and imports PDFs, TIFFs and images from email, folders, SharePoint, S3 or REST API. It cleans images, separates documents by barcode or blank page, classifies them with rules or machine learning, and extracts fields using OCR, handwriting and checkbox recognition, line-item tables and AI engines including Azure, Google, AWS, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and DocView OmniRead. Validation rules, lookups, confidence scores and four-eyes checks support review. Its 72 templates cover invoices, purchase orders, bank statements, mailroom, HR, tax, logistics, insurance, healthcare and loans. It exports searchable PDFs and XML, CSV, JSON, Excel, PDF/A or SQL data to SharePoint, SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Xero, QuickBooks and other systems.
