It monitors every shipment across 380+ carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail, against the carrier's own SLA. When a parcel breaches, Dispatchly collects the evidence and files the claim before the deadline. You connect your own carrier API keys: they are stored encrypted, scoped to claim activity and revocable from your dashboard at any time. A carrier scorecard grades every carrier on on-time rate, damage frequency and claim speed. Refunds are credited by the carrier to your own carrier account. You keep 100%. Dispatchly charges a flat monthly fee, with no percentage of what we recover.
