Each plan includes one US number and US/Canada calling under fair use, mobile (iOS/Android), desktop and web apps, IVR/auto attendant, call queues and ring groups, voicemail, conference rooms, call recording, and free number porting. Both plans include an AI calling agent with 2,000 AI minutes/month (Base AI agent and Advanced AI agent). Advanced adds call transcription with AI call overviews and team video calling. Business texting with 10DLC is available as an add-on. 24/7 live human support.

Base is $20 per workspace per month; Advanced is $35 per workspace per month. Both include one phone number and unlimited extensions; calling is unlimited to the US and Canada under fair-use terms. Extra numbers are $2/month each. SMS/10DLC is $5/month per campaign. A 14-day trial costs $3. Annual billing is available: $200/year for Base and $350/year for Advanced.
