Pros: I have been a client of Agent Methods for over 5 years and have been extremely pleased in every aspect. It can be daunting selecting a partner to assist with website design, email marketing and appointment scheduling software.They have exceeded all expectations. They are truly a partner that has helped me grow my business year after year. If you are considering them, don't hesitate. Pull the trigger.

Cons: I can't identify anything about this company or their products that I would consider negative.

Overall: Hands down an absolute 5 star experience! My business continues to grow each year by using their product.

Pros: The website designs offered by AgentMethods are beautiful and functional - so many nice layouts and color schemes to choose from and the drag-and-drop makes it easy for even the rookie to design their website with ease! Content available is all CMS compliant for the Medicare products and pages. Easy access to bi-monthly email blasts.

Cons: Rarely can I speak with tech support on the phone, but email response to requests is prompt and friendly.

Overall: AgentMethods is such a great tool for insurance agents and I have and will highly recommend it to other agents!

Pros: I love their email marketing system and their support team is awesome! The platform is really easy to use.

Cons: There isn't much to complain about. They've been helpful and responsive.

Overall: I'd recommend AgentMethods to any insurance agent. They really care about your results and providing value.

Pros: Agent Methods was great until a new management team came in and they became corporate monsters with no compassion for small business owners.

Overall: I have been with Agent Methods for over 5 years. I was satisfied with them until this past year when they (Brent) convinced me to go with the Super Agent plan at a much higher monthly (214 dollars which was a discounted rate due to my longevity with them) than the 64 dollars I had been paying. It sounded good...daily Facebook posts, 2 blogs per month, email marketing, special customer support (what a joke!)...I thought this might help my exposure and get some leads...then I realized after 12 months that I was not getting ANY results (interactions, leads, etc). So I contacted them to go back to my 64 dollar plan. The response? I was basically told, too bad so sad, the deadline to go back at that rate was April 2021 (2 months ago) and that they had changed the rate (for the same service (the Foundation plan)...basic website) to 149 dollars! No one, including Brent, had reached out to me at ANY time over the past year to advise me of any of this. In fact, once I started the 214 dollars/mo. plan, NO ONE reached out to me for the next year. You would think that someone in customer support would reach out at least once and ask, "Hey how's it going?" Nope. Nothing. No calls. No emails. Nothing. Notta. So now I am stuck with a monthly rate that is 85 dollars more than what I was paying and getting the same basic plan. No concessions, no exceptions, no apologies to someone who has been a loyal customer for many years. Word to the wise: stay in touch with THEM. Ask plenty of questions throughout the year, because they certainly will NOT reach out to you to see how you are doing or advise you of any changes that may impact you financially.
