I have only been using Extole for almost a year after being transferred and I worked with two amazing CSMs who have been helping me navigate around and share insights regarding our program. Extole provides amazing services to our brand, diligently and proactively making recommendations and working to provide the ultimate experience for Refer a Friend for our websites. Extole had our refer-a-friend program set up in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete. Extole is such an easy way to enhance our customer engagement and increase site traffic.
