Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like how JustControl.it matches data from third-party trackers with Facebook. It also efficiently groups your data by ads run from multiple accounts or within multiple campaigns or adsets. The tool is good at comparing data based on individual media buyers: you can always see where your operations go well and where they go wrong. One can also add custom calculated metrics that are otherwise unavailable with Facebook, such as IR, final profit, ROI, etc. You can also detect discrepancies between your FB data and your tracker, which helps a lot when it comes to media buying. In addition, it is very easy to distribute spending caps between different buyers, since you can see how much money has been spent on a certain country by all buyers at once. We are collaborating with a range of big clients dealing with billions of marketing metrics across a variety of digital trackers. Thus, we needed a centralized platform that would make it possible for us to consolidate our clients’ KPIs and ROIs in one place and, most importantly, give us a convenient and transparent tool to assess our internal results. We attained this goal with JustControl.it successfully and quickly. Cons As of now, it is impossible to exclude campaigns, ads, adsets. You can only add them, not exclude. I also lack the capability to add KPIs by day. Some of their integrations are still being improved and refined. I would certainly like to see fewer manual operations when I need to upload CSVs (I think it will come with time). As a relatively young service, the JustControl.it team regularly adds new features to the platform. Correspondingly, there might be some of them that haven't been introduced yet. I value the collaboration features, such as the ability to easily share reports and dashboards with colleagues. This improves team communication and helps make informed data-driven decisions. In addition, the ability to customize visualizations to the client's needs adds significant value to our service. Cons It's a bit costlier than other options available. While Looker is powerful, the initial setup can be complex and requires a significant investment of time and resources. UI can be complex for new users and Third party integration should be added. One concern is the initial setup complexity. Integrating and organizing data from various sources can be challenging, requiring significant time and resources up front. The lack of some export features may frustrate users who need to work with data in other formats.
